ggeorg = Legend/
James Joyce couldn't have written a better description.

Also great to see Fabian post again and others who have been in the wings for a while. Makes me optimistic for a more vibrant Forum next season.

Have to say also that Carlos' emoticon post was superb.

A video of Celta fans who couldn't care less that Celta was winning 3-2. All they cared about was to see Depor get relegated, which ended up in a huge disappointment.

The minority complex these guys suffer from is amazing

Funny, but if you pay attention you'll see it's always the same bunch of pathetic idiots in localised sections of the stadium. We have the same kind of moronic attitude with some Depor fans too. TV cameras and vulture-journalism will find what they want to find.
The truth at street level (and I live in a Celta-dominated area, surrounded by Celta friends) and even in social media is that most Celta supporters are happy for us; at least they're ok. The most common tongue-in-cheek comment is that a league is not worth playing if you can't beat Depor in first division, which is what I'd say too, but reversing the teams Even where I was watching the last game - with a large Depor penha - people couldn't care less at what Celta was doing, not even a single comment when they were losing.
Over the years this rivalry has been shadowed by bigger issues such as a common hatred for R.Madrid and the likes, the fact that we're both Galician teams and so on. Jimmy's death also helped in that in a weird way.
Last summer's friendly in neutral ground proved it (if you watch it I'm the guy in a Depor shirt suffering when Celta scores next to some friends in Celta shirts celebrating... the bastards... Oh yeah, RB were 10 metres from us).
Sure, at the next derby we'll all be calling each other very bad names and I'll still sing "Vigo nom" randomly on any given day - specially when I have to drive into that weird city - but that's a different story
To be honest, since Saturday I've had more trouble with Barça fans than with Celta fans. Their pedantic attitude takes them real close to R.Madrid's... Can't stand it.

Great pic of ggeorg at 49 seconds of this video, just after we had conceded the 2nd goal.

It was all about "to be or not to be". A lot of things depended from this match, including our future. I'm glad we've made it!

my Spanish isn't great at all but I know since his first few games Lucas has been abusing his team mates and I don't like it.

I like his passion but it sincerely doesn't add quality. he always seems like a cheat to me abusing teammates and linesman in the heat of the moment. we will need a dominant positive influence on the pitch to calm him down if he stays (im not even sure what his contract situation is)

Naaah. The lad is "intense" and full of passion, sure, but it's all part of football He reminds me of Hristo Stoichkov in that sense, but the Galician version Plus, being Galician swearing and calling names like that comes with the pack I'm sure nobody takes what he says seriously other than he trying to vent off and motivate. Most of the time there he was saying "we have to die here".
I agree with that someone else in the squad should be able to calm him down when things really get heated up.
