Fabril was the old name of the team. Many 1st division teams had youth teams with other names: for example, Real Madrid B was Castilla. In the 90's, the Spanish FA made the teams change the name of their youth teams but in some cases, people just keep them calling by the old denomination.

Fabril players 2006/2007

Keeper:
Fabricio

Defenders
Borja (RB)
Rubén González (RB)
Rubén Méndez (LB)
Juachi (LB)
Chapi (CD)
Adrián "Piscu" (CD)
Juanan (CD)

Midfielders:
Álex (DM)
Madrigal (PM)
Nacho Matador (M)
Moreiras (M)
José Arenas (W)
Iván Pérez (LW)
Herbert (LW)
Iago (PM)

Forwards:
Rubén Rivera
Aridane

Only 18 players and one of them, Iago, will play for A team. However, Caparrós' idea is to promote U-18 players as it's needed. For ezample, if Fabricio can play, Diego Penas could take easily his place.

Its promising to see these early positives results from Fabril after they had lost so much talent during the transfer window, but again they have been reinforced so there is a balance again...

Top of the table again...
