Think Baros have the potential to develop to a great striker. He's young and though it's not probable we'll sign him I would certainly not mind it. We need a speedy forward as a complement to our not-so-fast Diego Tristan.

Actually I think Baros has great potential as a striker. He's fast, technical and rather lethal when he's in form. But Rafa is not the kind of coach that can use an exponential striker. All his teams score a lot of goals from the midfield or set pieces. Baros is wasting his talent at Liverpool. He could be the perfect match for Tristan if the latter recovers. Both technical, one fast, one strong. They could wreak havoc in any defense.

He didn't score more then 9 goals a season at Liverpool. He has a great international record, but at clublevel he didn't do nothing.

And at international level he has Koller to clear a path for him and Nedved, Poborsky, and Rosicky to supply him. He better have a good international record.

He was a starter because remember that Morientes didn't arrive until January and Cisse had broken his leg earlier in the season

LIke other's have said... he's young and fast. Depor is not Liverpool. But I wouldn't want to be giving Andrade away. They'd need to offer more money I think.
