I didn't follow the match but great win, historically Mallorca was always a tough place to go. Just a few more wins and we'll be championes

I've seen us play better, but we were very efficient. Both goals in the second half were great. And next week the worst away side of the league comes to visit the Riazor...

Again excellent job of FV, keeping the line-up of last week instead of immediately putting Wilk back again. We've got so much more punch in attack this way, and it's not like our defense is suffering much more. We've conceded 0 in the last two games with this line-up.

I have to say I was completely wrong about Juan Carlos not being good enough, as he's currently our best player imo. Insua and Alex both getting injured a few weeks ago was a godsend, otherwise I'm positive we'd still be playing with 5 defenders at the back. This formation, I like. Keep it up, FV.

To be honest, I think that we must say thanks to referee. Disallowed first their goal and 50/50 penalty changed a game and provoced our goals in second 45 min.

Agree. This is not primera, no room for fear against teams of this level.

The offsides were all correct, and the penalty was pretty clear imo. Great game by the referee. Even Sporting fans are saying the referee was right

Las Palmas fans on the other hand, who managed to get three wins in the last 5 games exclusively thanks to the referee's help, are still claiming the referees are always on our side and are always against them. Shocking. Personally, I hope they just stay in Segunda and Tenerife gets promoted instead Sporting and Las Palmas fans are just so annoying, it's difficult to explain.

I agree that all the offsides was clear and Mallorca did not get cheated for a penalty... However I agree that the penalty for depor was not 100 % clear.

I must congratulate FV, his plan of mainly focusing on our defensive game through out the season and start building from them on is finally paying off. Sure, we're no world beaters or anything, but its being proven to be enough to win this league, and it also will make it easier for us to adapt to Primera next season (at that level, having a reliable defence means a mid table position at the very least).

Is this the first time this season we win three times in a row?

That's a dangerous game you're playing, visiting forums from fans of other teams. One day the tie will turn and you will feel like you were a dick back then.

Im telling you because that's what's currently happening to me. Im also a die hard Tottenham fan and I spent a considerable portion of the previous seasons visiting forums from other teams, mainly Liverpool, and laughing my ass off about all the retarded things they kept saying and how jealous and resentful they all sounded. Well, Im not laughing any more.

Looks like the penalty was pretty blatant to me... Ifran was off his feet, the Mallorca player clearly gave him a push with the forearm from behind.

This is the way to go. 4 (good) defenders is all you need. We've bumbled into this 'new' line-up and it's plain to see that even the players are enjoying themselves. If Valeron had given that pass for Borja's goal, we'd all have been salivating.
