Oh and Michal, how the fudge did Lech manage to screw up against Club Brugge? Thanks to Lech, Belgian football will be enriched by 6 more European humiliations

Lech is horrible weak nowadays, no way they're gonna fight for the title, they even got eliminated in Polish Cup by the bottom second division team (and they were defending champion!), I believe that top 3 will be a good achievement for them this season. Sad but true.

69' Timisoara 0:3 Dinamo Zagreb

And Valencia behind to Slavia Prague, who had another big chance just a minute ago. Great week for the Spanish teams in Europe.

Slavia should have lead at least 3-0 already; but instead Villa came in and 1 minute later it's 1-1

Anderlecht is bad beyond my wildest dreams! xerex would crash them 5-0

Now I didn't see the game, so I can't say much about their performance, but I did see the highlights, and Anderlecht did get multiple huge chances in the second half and they really should've won. So aren't you exaggerating just a little bit here? Not that I like Anderlecht or anything I wouldn't quite blame Anderlecht for the bad performance, but their coach. I hear he played way too defensive yet again.

no! did you see how they missed those chances??? They weren't huge at all even, if you dont know what to do with a chance, then i wouldnt call them 'huge'. This is the worst Anderlecht i've ever seen, trust me. The saddest thing is they still manage to be second in the rankings.

It's unbelievable that they could be happy with a point and waste time even. Nobody would have lost from those Romanians!

Moldavian Sheriff really rocks. I have just looked through their squad. Burkina Faso, Senegal, Togo, Brazil, Argentina, Serbia, Georgia, Russia, Belarus and even 2 Moldavians!

IMO this club may become a world symbol of international friendship and partnership!* (Please don't mix up with top European clubs, it's not English or Italian millionaire clubs, it's Moldova!)

Meh, I agree that Anderlecht is quite poor, but if you have a coach who stacks up defenders like they are Lego-blocks, then what do you expect?

That referee for Fulham's game in Rome should be demoted. He's utter wank. Two yellow card decisions at the worst punished with straight red cards.

OK, I think, I resign. All the Easterns and Balkanic teams are losing, and losing, and losing. This is a suffer. Except Sparta, but we know who they are... My last hope is Fener (and Galata).

What a shocking week. All three Belgian teams in Europe won with a 2-goal difference Club Brugge just need a good result at home against Toulouse, Anderlecht is virtually through, and Standard just need to beat AZ and hope that Olympiakos screws up against Arsenal and AZ.

Galatasaray's a serious SF candidate if we can stay healthy (Baros broke his knee, out for 2-3 months etc.) and if we buy a decent Coloccini-like CB in January...

Panathinaikos 1-3 Galatasaray
Galatasaray 1-1 Sturm Graz ()
Galatasaray 4-1 Dinamo Bucharest
Dinamo Bucharest 0-3 Galatasaray

That Sturm Graz match should have been sth like 10-1 but football gods were off duty on that day I think...
