I read that Dolce Vita wants to sponsor in the stadium, Abegondo and press room, but not really to be the shirt sponsor (??)

FYI Dolce Vita is a Portuguese company inaugurating a shopping mall in A Coruña this month

Lendoiro said there had been a meeting with them, but it had nothong to do with sponsoring the shirt.

What's the thing written on yesterdays homepage of canaldeportivo about "Caramelo" ? Something to do with clothing??? Is this sponsorship related?

(I know Caramelo means "sweet" in Spanish but don't think they're giving sweets out to the players lol)

there is a player named Carmelo.. also we used to get a toffee here caleld caramilk..

EDIT: I understand it now. They are the company that supplies the players their official suits,ties, shirts, belts,shoes etc.

Yes Caramelo is a very well known clothes manufacturer from Coruna, I think.

I once bought a lovely suit jacket from them, I still have it but it has shrunk.....Ok I may have got a big bigger

Cost me in a sale 11,000 pesetas in 1992!!!

any details about that deal and its rejection? was it loo little money? too short/long contract?

what is normally included in these deals anyway? why wud he turn it down if there is no sponsor at the minute? maybe they dont have a good enough image to be associated with depor? or better offers we dont know about? i hope the latter
