How much is 20 dollars in Australian money?

My point is, that if it were as obvious as you mentioned, then why isn't everyone profiting from it? (like seriously I mean, not a few dollars)

Of course, like most things in life, there is always the bad apples about and so yes, some games are rigged.

I even agree that there is a possibility that the draw was rigged. However, I would be very surprised if this were the case because the ramifications for such findings would be catastrophic for FIFA.

Let's face it, Sepp Blatter is hardly the most popular bloke in the world at the moment and such a farce coming to the media's attention would probably signal the greatest nail in his coffin.

Tough matches for my home country, but who cares? When you want to be the world champion, you have to beat every opponent.

in my opinion argentina have the best midfield!

if they play:

Lucho - Roman - Maxi - Killy - that is SO creative - my fear is that they will play baraquilla the defensive mid. he is so crap!

i dont like eriksson either.... he makes the whole england squad a very defensive one when they have many potential youngsters and so many gifted attackers....

honestly england wont win!

they dont have creativity to break down tight defenses. Also there own is week on the flanks and their midfield has 2 of the same player in it!!

sorry to all the england fans thats just the way i see it. if it makes u feel any better australia wont either LOL

England will be overhyped as usual and then fail to deliver the goods when they face quality opposition in the knockout phase.

Same old, same old.

Same could be said for Spain too.

but i think if gerard can perform the way he does in the league, then he can be a vital player for them... also i hope pennant gets picked up for the finals.... he is as good as any other winger right now...

Ah, you don't know that Almost everybody could win after all, Greece won the european championship And if that ****ing ref allowed the goal of Wilmots from Belgium against Brasil last world cup, we could have eliminated their sorry asses. We were really outplaying them at the moment of the goal. It still makes me so mad, cause Wilmots never even touched the defender Who knows what could have happened

And I think that England has as much chance of winning as a team like Togo. They just don't have the team that can break down strong defences easily, like Anton said. And it happens a lot that while trying, the other team founds enough space to score a goal.
And Spain, well, that's a really unpredictable team. Their biggest problem is the fact that things just aren't right between players and fans from different teams. On tv i sometimes see that when a player of Barca misses a good chance, Real fans are immediately booing, while Barca fans just say "ooh". That's just not good for a team. But Spain does have the potential to win it, cause they have terrific players. But they're merely an outsider for me.
