World Football For other football that's not related to Depor. For example: the Primera División, Segunda División A, Segunda División B, the Champions League, EURO 2008, the World Cup 2010, Italy, England, Germany, Turkey etc. |

![]() The Spanish FA are never going to go bankrupt when they can earn so many backhanders off their 2 favorite cash cows.
Ronaldinho's red card was pretty clear cut to me. He kicked out once and missed so had another go and kicked the guy right in the crown jewels. The intent was obvious and it clearly fell under the "violent conduct" tag. So how he gets a reduction to just 1 game baffles me (other than the obviously cynical view that Spanish football still suffers from corruption problems).

Well, then you should hold on to your gurtle because today Barca, in all their glory, appealed that decision too, arguing that the referee should have blown the whistle on Belenguer first, and his failure to do so apparently gives Ronaldinho every right to castrate him. The arrogance of and sanctimony of the club that is more then a club is hardly unprecedented, and if this go through then the LFP might as well be taken over by representatives from Barca and Real. Truly disgusting either way..

![]() They're crazy in Barcelona. Would be a nice contest with Real Madrid who're more arrogant.

![]() LOL!!
Messi just equalised for Barca WITH HIS HAND! Actually, it was the exact same thing as MAradona did. Looked like he hit it with his head but no, gods hand pushed it over the line.

![]() Raul Tamudo for Espanyol just made 2-2. At Zaragoza, Van Nistelrooy has scored a second.

![]() OH MY GOD! What an ending to this round.
Real Madrid was behind 2-1 while Barca was leading 2-1. And in 2 seconds both matches are 2-2 which means Real Madrid now are the leaders. If they win next match against Mallorca they are champions no matter how much Barca wins against Nastic. WHAT A DRAMATIC SEASON! Here you see Messi scoring with his hand for Barca: ![]() Now the big question is. Should he be fair play and tell the ref what happened, or should he just pretend nothing happened like he did?

![]() Many things can change in a second, that was proven today. Sevilla played like crap by the way, so we won't see a happy Crapa the next days.

![]() Incredible gameday - almost all goals in Madrid's and Barca's matches were scored simultaneously. Celta's still alive and Atlético Madrid - well all the millions can't win them even a UEFA Cup berth.
Impossible - how low has LaLiga sunk if this Real Madrid team wins the title? ![]() But there's still hope that RCD Mallorca will pull a "Tenerife" and there will be another year without celebrations at Las Cibeles ![]() |

![]() What a joy of being an Espanyol fan today!!!
I don't care who's gonna win the title (Madrid obviously), but i could share the joy of Espanyol fans, taking away the title from Barcelona, a club that is more than a club (it's a crap as well....) |

The cheaters from Madrid must be carefull the next years for that little annoying player at Barcelona. Can't we just turn the table around and give Gimnástic the title? ![]() |

![]() I was called bitter and jealous yesterday from someone who doesn't watch an awful lot of Spanish football because I was explaining to him how Barca, RM & Sevilla have been cheating there way to the top.
Sevilla really have blown it, they've been so poor since the start of the year, dropping so many points in games they should have won. Real Madrid do not deserve to be champions but in saying that neither do Barca. |

![]() The relegation battle now seems more interesting than the fight for the top places. Let's give credit to Celta who took three points from the Lion's den by scoring three goals.
Add to this that Bilbao (as expected) lost their match and Villarreal and Betis look hopeless and totally confused. Losing 0-5 at home against Osasuna, who had nothing to play for while Betis could have saved themselves in this match, indicates to relegation. Their season, despite the presence of Juanito, Edu, Sobis, Assuncao, Romero and Odonkor, has been a disaster. If Celta win next week at home against Getafe, which is very probable, and either Betis (at Racing) or Bilbao (at home against Levante) don't win, the Galicians have achieved a miracle.
