That maybe was the first price, but at the point they start renewing it the price just got bigger and bigger. I'll find somewhere the correct price...

Arsenal are having to pay for the very high land value, which also includes moving the companies who were originally on that land.

Liverpools new ground is rumoured to be costing anything from £80 million to £125 million.

**Yep, I'm no fan of the Allianz Arena. Modern it may be, but it's very sterile in it's appearance. I do, however, like that Croatian stadium above.

**The new Wembley stadium is a joke. Aesthetically, it looks fantastic, but goodness knows what makes it cost so much. What I find annoying are all the claims that it will be the world's most comfortable stadium, with more room per seat than any other blah blah...I'd rather they moved the seats in a bit closer together and stuck an extra 10,000 of them in. It's going to be 90,000 at full capacity, which is good, but I've no doubt that 100,000 or more would be a lot better. It's a football stadium, not a cinema. Football stadia are perfectly comfortable as they presently exist.
