A lot of talk about L. Fabiano!?! OK, but Luis Fabiano is another BIG mistake of our management! He wanted to play for Depor, Sevilla was nowhere near us at the moment, but Lendo was not satisfied with his right knee... :-(

And what's with the weather in A Coruna? It's forecast to be 20 degrees Celcius and sunny during the day on Saturday. We can't even rely on welcoming the Andalusians with some good old fashioned Galician rain!!

You may be talking about Fernando Baiano ex-Celta who's playing now in UAE (not sure in which club), he is the player Lendoiro was not sure about his right knee...
Luis Fabiano is another story, he struggled in many european clubs as Stade Rennais (France) and Porto with very poor stats, Sevilla paid €2.5 million to Porto to get him...well, it ended to be a good deal !!

Of course he was linked to us too at the time, like some 20 million other..

Adrian will be fit for this match, not too sure about Juca though. He hasn't trained at 100% yet so it looks doubtful

. Guardado is set to start for Mexico, so I don't know if Lotina will start him on 24 hrs rest. There's a possibility the lineup will look like this:

---J Rodriguez--Sergio/A Tomas

The media speculate Riki could play left wing. Hate to see Guardado and Juca not starting this game tho.

Agreed, Depor will desperately miss both players. But I think Guardado will play. Either start and be subbed early or he's sub on for Riki in the 2nd. Riki still doesn't impress me when he starts.

Normally Guardado shouldn't play! 3 games and 2 over-seas flights in one week isn't too much?
But here comes the lack of quality wingers, so in the end he might play...

don't think it will be good woth riki on the left wing ..... unlike Guardado he hasn't that good defensive skills or backing-up filipe ...

I think lotina will use one of the other middle fielders

needed tree point who will do it for my and my deportivo i believe on you Riki and adran on my defensive is one of the best for now god is there for us this season i have a believe in deportivo la coruna

It is nearly 100% confirmed, the middle will be formed by J Rodriguez and Sergio. Still not sure if Guardado will start, but he only played 45 minutes yesterday, so it is likely. The only doubts I have are the right flank and the 2 that will play up top..

Luckily, Sevilla rarely attacks in the middle, so a Sergio/JR partnership might just get away. I hope Guardado (and Filipe) will play, and I hope Alvarez will start on the right, we'll need his stamina and defensive skills to cope with their flanks.

I respect Sevilla. They play football the right way, and they've been our biggest headache in the last couple years. If we get a draw at home, I'm happy.
