1. The rotations are working.
2. It is difficult to enter the starting lineup.
3. We could substitute and rest 3 of the most important players.
4. TWO striker goal

Our midfield was awake this game and it was very entertaining to watch they move between defense and attack without leaving the midfield open. Our counter attacks were top class. This is football.

The only thing I would add to that is
5. Alex is NOT cutting. Still good he could give mosquera a rest
6. I am a Fede fan IF he can play inside like what he did today. He can be very important for us going forward.

That own goal woulda been Riera's goal anyway. he was so well positioned for the header. What a towering owngoal btw!

Guys, its early days. but I cant tell you when last I sat to watch depor and felt yes...3 points today. I haven't felt that since superdepor. As victor said, no matter what stadium we used to believe in the win. that's how we destroyed Bayern, arsenal, Manchester, mardid and on and on.

Great start from Victor and great to see two students of Ireuta facing each other

I remember back in early 2000s when I started following depor. I used to watch the matches on star sports and they used to show this video as an advert for la liga which was specifically based on victor. Towards the end of the video a caption on the screen would read "victor for victory". Victor has surely changed things around for us and has lived up to his name. We really needed a coach who was passionate about depor and we finally have him.

Lucas already has 4 goals which is what the likes of Adrian and arizmendi used to get in an entire season. The second goal with the one-two between luis Alberto and Lucas was pure class. I haven't seen goals like that for depor in a long time.

In the defensive line: I think Juanfran as right back is good choice. Laure has problem of consistency in stopping opponent winger, sometime he is very strong, but sometimes there are too many holes in Laure's side. While using Juanfran as winger is sometimes delaying our attack, because his passing rate is low.

In todays game juanfran didnt face any serious attempt so i wouldnt judge from this mstch that he is better than Laure in this position

A good test would be against Granada and Seville

well, celebrating Victor is nice. but altering this squad with players like Lucas P., Faycal Fayr, Fede and Luis A. with the players teams, when we had no players to be able to kick in a corner is not really fair.

I can't remember the last time we won so comfortably. It feels good

It's still very early in the season, but it is hard not to get excited. This team hasn't played this well so consistently in a very long time.

-Lucas is in tremendous form and playing very confidently. If he and Luis Alberto stay healthy, they are going to do a lot of damage this year.

-Mosquera didn't have a good game today, but Alex looked even worse. Can't blame him in his first minutes, but he looked rusty.

Victor is a class act - he made Lux captain yesterday, just when his confidence was at its lowest. That's man-management for you.
His substitutions were also spot on, allowing a rest to key players (Navarro & Lucas).
Juanfran had a really eye-catching first half with some key defensive actions and several raids in attack.
The combination Lucas and Luis Alberto is devastating. It's obvious from the way they celebrate their goals together that they're on the same wavelength.
Sidnei actually played ok yesterday. Does he feel more comfortable with Lopo rather than Arribas?
Riera did well, without any reward. Considering it was his first outing of the season, he looked good in patches.
Great to hear the fans singing again at the Riazor.
