seriously, i feel like our great promises are all a bit stuck in development. Adrian don't bring at all what i expected from him, Rochela i expected already as a full first-team member now, ...

Perhaps i have too high expectations, but not unrealistic ones...

J Dom was not in that category of great rising talent afaik; he came fast and still has to prove himself as well. I didn't hear from him two years ago (maybe my bad)

20 y is not THAT very young anymore. If he was that good, he'll be first team at age of 20. And Adrian is already over 20 afaik

Don't agree with that. Different players peak mentally and physically at different times, and it also depends on what position you're talking about.

I would say that attacking players usually tend to hit a peak earlier in age, but then you have players like Drogba or Villa who were at second division clubs in their early twenties.

Defenders usually don't hit their top level till their mid to late twenties (Lopo is a perfect example), so I'm not worried about this kid or Rochela. They've got time.

He really looked promising - I would say at least as much as Insua - sad news.

I'm sure this lad will find a good team where he can develop his potential and reach out some of the teams competing in Primera.
Honestly do you think he is worse than Aythami? I don't think so, especially after his performance last night.
