I didn't have internet yesterday, so I wasn't here.

But, I did follow it, through Spanish radio with satellite...
Pathetic maybe, but it was pretty intense and you was cheered up, with that amazing pace they had in the radio!
Haven't found out which station it was, but it followed all channels. I also used like 5 euro by checking the forum using my mobile phone. And you guys were like 2 minutes behind me LOL. Kind of regretting it now.

Anyway, I'm quite disappointed, cause 1 point in 2 games against promoted teams simply isn't enough. Even though this game might have been an improvement from the first game, this is nowhere near enough, and we better have our asses away from the relegation zone, when meeting the good teams, or we're screwed!

The attack seems good enough(2 goals in 3 shots, where is the Arizfuera attack now?), and it's gonna be great to see Guardado in his best shape.

Unfortunately, the defense is not good enough - 5 goals in 2 games? We can't really change the central defense, but the two backs should be Filipe-Barragan IMO. I don't know if Filipe is injured, or what it is, but MP shouldn't be the person to play there!

Just watched the highlights on youtube, which sometimes makes it hard to determine exatcly what happens, but what i (think) I saw was pretty bad defending at the two Valladolid goals, an excellent header by a very physically strong Taborda (didn't look like a fault to me, but not sure) and a goal by Riki that was either lucky or VERY good skills. I choose to believe the last...

In the end I'm just very happy to see us scoring again - especially to see Riki being involved - and it's going to be interesting to see if we will keep on progressing in the games to come.

Uhh, I just read the news section - Taborda hit the ball with the neck and Riki's shoot was lucky. Damn!

our win was based more on luck than hard work.

The defending for both Valladolid goals was pathetic but at least we somehow managed a point and this hopefully will give the players a little boost before our next game at the Riazor.

.hmm, i don't think is a right thing that Lopo is blameing the playing style at these first 2 games in La Liga, because ..as we saw, he was the one to blame for about 1 or 2 goals in the first game, with Almeria..

~ We have such a talented and young team, we must have all the joy to be happy with this team, we must have faith, we must play beautyfull fotball..because, i see is only faith that we don't have..in this start of La Liga.
..Goo Depor! ..beat Betis for my 1000 post. :P ..

What I found good about this game was that our strikers where the ones who scored. That should give them more confidence for the upcoming games

In the other side, I hope our first win to coom soon. It can't take too long, that IMO would really ****ed up pur team

I think the month september will be crucial to define what will happen with Deportivo this season. If we loose 2 or more games this month and doesnt succeed to win any of the 4 games i believe our battle will be in the relegation zone, unfortunately.. Winning in at least 1 of the 4 games is crucial imo, no win in 6 games would be a hard blow for the self-confidence of the team. Depor definitely has the capacity to win all 4 games, if you compare the squads, but i strongly doubt this will happen, concidering the weak start.

Vamos Depor! Let's kick some ass this month!

Lotina has to find a bit more attacking style for the team. We have a team full of players with attacking mentality: Guardado, Riki, Taborda, Barragan, Cristian, Juan Rodriguez, Adrian, Pablo Alvarez, etc. Furthermore, some of them are really quality players. Consequences:
We are able to play good attacking football with good results.

So as Daniel said:
Let's kick some ass this YEAR!!!

Saw the goals on riazor.org. Bad defending on both the conceded goals.. :/ Barragan only watched the ball on the second goal, and got fooled when sisi was just next to him.

This caught my eye too when watching the Valladolid highlights. At Valladolid's second goal, Barragan is hesitating and looks like a telephone post when his opponent passes him by and scores. Is he really that slow? I certainly don't hope so...

Yea, i think mainly he didnt know that Sisi was at his back, he was only watching the ball.. Pretty common mistake on corners and crosses..
