i watched many games of Sociedad, i never noticed outstanding performance from him its always Bravo, Griezman, Villa, Agirretxe, Inago Martinez....

Better to sign a Thiago for 18 M

Some transfers are very overated and on the other side i cant understand why Gomez is only 16 M worth. For me he is one of the best center striker in the world. Crazy when to many rich peoples and clubs dont have any idea of football.

You are comparing him to players who have featured in Barca's 1st team for over 11-12 years, so of course he is not going to be at that level.
It must also be remembered that Xavi was not an overnite star, it took him a good few years to reach the top level.
Its just my opinion, but I'm surprised they let him go.

but if you say, Thiago is gonna be missed within 5 years in Barcelona, you can be very much right in that.

its incredible.. Crystal Palace was able to take Jose Campana from Sevilla!! clearly money is the only motive for these moves.. with Sevilla he had a chance to even play in Europe, while Palace will be thinking about surviving in the league..

if Sevilla goes into minus like City, CP or QPR with a money-bag owner in the back, they could have kept their players. They play more financial fair, so they suck.

He has signed for Real Sociedad, about 2-3 M, a great buy, for sure, I think he can succeed there, like balkan strikers Meho Kodro or Darko Kovacevic did before.

It just goes to show how corrupted the Spanish league is. R.Madrid and Barca are in another galaxy finance wise compared to the rest of the league.

Their nearest challengers: Athleti, Valencia, Sevilla, Malaga and R.Sociedad are all big clubs stadium wise, and they all have attractive players, but we have again seen that they are all selling clubs, who have no real chance of challenging the top two.

To think that R.Madrid are considering paying 100m euros for Gareth Bale just astounds me!

The people in charge need to assess how the money is distributed equally for both TV and sponsorship. The way things are going, clubs will continue to lose their top talents every season, will struggle to pay wages and some will end up bankrupt.

Changes are required!
