It's gonna be quite strange to see Roy playing against us, but it will be nice to see him again (tooooo many very good memories) and, for sure, he's gonna get a warm welcome..at least i'll do.

I'm sure that he'll be very excited to return to La Coruña in the last years of his career!

Yes he is!
He already told the Dutch Press before the UEFA CUP draw that he would love to return with Feyenoord to his beloved Deportivo.

It's going to be awesome to see him again (hopefully not in scoring form ). In an interview, Valeron also said he's excited to see him again and that they hadn't spoken in some time now.

Ok so yesterday we saw one of the best forwards to ever be seen at Riazor playing for probably the last time in front of Fans that really appreciate ROY MAKAAY.
So a You tube video of some of his wonderful goals.

I for one will never forget how good he was for Depor

I would like to thank the devoted Feyenoord supporters who came here and discussed with us the match.

'supporters' with other intentions we should just ignore.

In terms of (overall) quality, Bebeto was the better one..
BUT
Makaay's specific qualities have been utilized maximal and that made him lethal. Makaay was lucky to have such a great midfield behind him. Ofcourse Depor was lucky to have Makaay too
