Default Copa Del Rey SF 2nd Leg Sevilla 2v0 Deportivo (Post Match Comments) May 9th 2007

Well I guess we didn't disgrace ourselves and not many of us honestly believed we could get anything from this.

The one good bit of news was the appearence of Bodipo.

Other than that, not much to say really and I can't remember a min by min thread with so few match related comments.

Bodipo's appearance was definitely the only positive aspect of this match...hope he plays more often...now we should be concentrated on the liga and aim to get one of the uefa spots.

Same story of the entire season. I actually prefer we don't even make Intertoto, we have waaaay too much to improve before we play in european competition. Theres a huge sense of impotence whenever I watch a depor game now, so sad. Hard to guess what direction the club will take this summer; this is all we have to look forward to now.

Best way to improve is to get some Europeon experience.. If teams like Espanyol can make it that far, Depor is able to reach at least something.

Ah well, I still hope we get an other coach. I would do it better than Capa, no doubt about that.

yeah.. we are the worst attacking team in primera... we only score in very few games and only one goal... the lack of goals are very negative...

with such a poor season and even poorer play interest in deportivo is fading fast. There will be less and less fans, even here.

Don't fool yourselves, this team sucks. Caparrós is the first to blame, I'm tired to see the same errors and the same apathy for the future. Please jsut go away.

Also, I hear a lot of talking by the players befor ethe games:

Lopo: "We are going to Sevilla with the intention of winning the eliminatory"
Juan Rodriguez: "We must attack Sevilla, although we have to do it wisely, with order... because if we get distracted, it will be worse"

Well, you got distracted during the first minute and boom! game over. Sometimes I think that we should torture this guys, where is torquemada when you need him?

The latest: Caparrós didn't attend to the press conferance after the game, it seems that he still has some dignity

i saw thr first half ....after it i closed the tv and watched just maybe 5 minutes from the second half

- cristian did a good job
-dutscher was absent the first 15 minutes !!! dont know why
-barragan and piliepe are improving thats what i have to say

depor must must must imrpove next season and we must by strikers talented ones with strong stamina like taborda and fast like Adrian and good shooters like the old tristian
