Finally a defensive midfielder! Better late than never. Well done Tino!

Wow! Actually with such bad reputation i would believe Tino would find none to coach the team.

Nice we're getting someone respected in the world of football, though from his managerial stats (two six-month spells, and one one-month spell, all around the world, according to wiki) he doesn't seem the take his management career that serious.

Welcome!

As good as he might have played the game, his managerial carrier, if you can call it so, is on the other end of the spectrum.

Not convinced he'll care enough, but best of luck to him as to anyone else who might be up for this rather unattractive job.

Yeah, he may play the "authority card" and infer some blood into the otherwise zombified bodies of our players, but if that doesn't work in the first couple of weeks I guess he'll leave after accompanying us to the second division.
All the best for him of course. I'd love to be proven wrong about this all.

I remember Seedorf did better than expected in his first spell in Milan. It seemed like he felt a little bit difficult when there needed some tactical changes as he had no experiences. But I think he showed some potential as a coach at that time.

Berlusconi and Galiani was not satisfied with Seedorf and hired Filipo Inzaghi. And with Inzaghi, you know, Milan went down. That was totally mistake.

I think he has charisma, he was one of the best players in his position and spent career in Ajax, Madrid, Inter and Milan. His influence can help the team become as one.

He faced us and knows how Depor was strong. Hope he can make difference.

Not super happy to see him coaching Depor. We needed someone with experience in La liga with proven record of saving almost relegated teams

In other circumstances I would love to see Seedorf as an assistant to a more experienced manager, but it looks like no big name is willing to gamble career stats with a team doomed for relegation.
I would also like to see him as a playing coach, even at 41 he would be better than all our midfielders.
Good luck, Clarence!

obviously!

And here's what is the big failure of the management of the club:

"The club first targeted Martin Lasarte, the big favorite for the blue and whites. But despite being without a team, the former captain of the club rejected the offer because he could not clearly see the team's vision or the project that was put on the table."

I am not sure what AS writes is the truth, I guess evey journalist has there own idea about Depor.. first thing I read about Lasarte was that he wants to take a year off from the job to spend with his family; then I read that the €250,000 offered to him was not enough..
