Impossible to foresee how we'll look, but we certainly have the potential to bring something else than sore feet away from this.

I'm optimistic about this game! I miss this feeling, its been a while!

They are a tough rival, 8th in the table with good games and positive results the past couple of months! It's gonna be a tough game!

same lineup and formation....unless he wants to change Evaldo (he only really made 1-2 mistakes this time tho lol)

the depor im accustom will crash in this game since we had a decent performance last game......hopefully this time its different!!!!

I'd like to see salomao instead of Riki though.

A week ago, I would have put this down as a 2-0 defeat. I'm not saying it will be easy or anything, but we've got to strike now while the iron is hot. We're on the crest of a mini wave after our victory at the weekend and we've got to believe that we can take all three points from Anoeta. A lot will depend on our tactical approach. Will we see the attacking enterprise of the first 60 minutes against Malaga, or will Domingos defend in two banks of four? Probably the latter and I'm very keen to see how that works. Keep Vela and Prieto quiet and smash and grab a one goal victory.

i dont believe in 'waves of spirit' and other psychological effects after last win, because i dont think the team was playing as a team under pressure earlier.
We're still the same players with the same capabilities, but with a better tactic: enough to make this a win or a draw at least!

Has your doom and gloom lifted after the win against Malaga, Filip? I think everyone's has, including the players. That feelgood factor is definitely an important aspect of all sport, not just football.

That is true. But in case we lose in San Sebastian and Pamplona, the effect of the whole Domingos magic can be washed away...Those games are now finals, really.
That is why I would have waited for the change of Oltra. btw: Lendoiro gave him an ultimatum earlier for the Malaga game.

Well, to me, players morale and self confidence are just as important as talent and tactics!

Tough away game at Real, but as Carlos mentioned they have a lot of suspensions, especially on the defensive end. Real has been playing well this season and gave Madrid a run for their money in the bernabeu (granted they were up a man the entire game). Hopefully we can build on the momentum from last game and get another win here, although I'd settle for the draw. I'm expecting Gama and Pizzi to keep up the good play and perhaps a Riki > Oliveira switch? It would be interesing..

I bealive that the same aggresive defending aspect needs to be used. The 4-5-1 at the defensive side and 4-3-3 with the ball at the moment fit perfectly to our players.

When Domingos will have more trainings under his belt he will probably deploy a 4-3-3 on all occasions. Three lines of aggresive defenders, more space for creative Pizzi and Gama and a rock solid midfield can be the key to our success in Primera. Valeron's vision can come in handy in second half if we loose the idea how to find holes in the opposite defense. A change that can disrupt the oppositions defensive effort and a very good option for our success.

I like it and I feel that we can get something out of this game
