After the Super Cup, now La Liga is planning to hold regular games outside Spain (USA)...

Is it Maradona? Is it Messi? No, it is Morales. What a goal!

Looks like Levante begins La Liga in the same superb form they had finished.

Btw, Morales's been in my Fantasy Liga team since the start, until today that I finally decided to change him, because I just thought that Betis away was a tough game to begin. The result, 0-3 and a brace for Morales.

What a fantastic player he is! Really! Also, he stayed with Levante at Segunda when most of their quality players left (Camarasa, Deyverson, etc). That made him a real hero for Levante fans, besides being essential first for the promotion and later the permanence. I just hope that Fede or Borja become our particular "Morales".

Ronaldo (the real one, Fenomeno) bought 51% stake in Pucela for 30 million EUR. Where is Bebeto and Mauro Silva?

Salary cap for Primera clubs: http://www.marca.com/en/football/spa...9298b4643.html

Code:
Barcelona 632,971 Real Madrid 566,530 At Madrid 293,000 Valencia 164,684 Sevilla 162,783 Villarreal 109,126 Betis 97,112 At Bilbao 87,869 R Sociedad 80,808 Espanyol 56,774 Leganés 52,864 Levante 52,369 Celta 50,970 Eibar 41,258 Getafe 39,245 Alavés 39,193 Girona 36,755 R Vallecano 33,077 Huesca 29,328 Valladolid 23,882

As you can see, the money is proportionally distributed, exactly like Premier League and Bundesliga, so differences between teams will be lower every year, in a good example of economic solidarity, justice and equality. Fortunately we have Tebas here to defend the poor against the rich! Oh wait... well, maybe not.

Those differences are slowly killing La Liga and its competitiveness, but who cares...

I would have to disagree...the money distribution has already killed the competition in La Liga, its now pushing the dead more than six feet under.

well, it's going like this, still it's not like this.

Money don't play football, so those difference of money doesn't actually reflect the actually difference in the dynamics of the teams.

If Girona has a player with a contract on "a" money, and that player gets transferred in Madrid, he would get "10xa" money, but that doesn't make him 10 times better, he is still the same player.

Or for example, Fulham doesn't have better payers or team than Villarreal, no matter Fulham has a higher budget.

So, what the small teams need to do is to act smart and to get advantage of things (other than money) that can offer (more playing time for example and a chance for a better transfer in the future).

It seems to be working well, for lots of teams in Spain (i.e Levante, Eibar, Girona).

Competition is still half-alive in Spain, but for sure every season is a little worse.
