I hope he has got his goalboots strapped on then, cuz we're going to need them...
Do you know if a buy-out clause or some-such is a part of the deal?

Only 7 goals in 20 matches! How can we expect that he will score on a better level!

oh man, am i becoming an expert without even knowing to kick a ball?
actually i've heard of him related to Liverpool in 2006. then for some rason the deal did not occur.. nevertheless, i think he is a very interesting player to be related to some other european giants too.. then i heard River bought him for €5-6 million.. thats y i thought it is an impossible transfer.. anyway, i know one thing for sure, he's very highly rated in Argentina..

Some goals by Marco Rubén at Rosario Central. Note that there are some other goals of other player (nr. 3 vs. Rubén's nr. 9). Video quality is terrible, but watching this one is more convenient than fishing for the several goals at youtube.

Edit: actually, I read at riazor.org that the 7.5M$ that River paid was not for Marco Rubén alone, but for a pack of three players. The other two are: the LB that appears in the above video (nice attacker, btw), and the goalkeeper.

well, more correctly he scored 7 goal on 28 matches, from what he was a starter on 20 matches, and 8 times was a sub. do we have any info why he missed 10 games in a team that reached one of its worst pos. of all time in its history?

this stinks. This has written Taborda or Bopido all over. In pink fluo Neon letters size 128. And still not clear enough to avoid...
