Of course, as you're hinting at, there may be a point where the squad contains so many short timers that the fabric of the dressing room alters so much that a lack of passion will be apparent. Then there is also the issue of us fans being able to identify with our team (our being the key word) which I definetily is getting increasingly harder.

For me, these hard years, is all about enduring and surviving, and taking the laugh and joys where we can get them.

Do we know he's good? My understanding is that he hasn't played too much, right? 4 years to devolop and become good is better than in one year if his playing time was previously (and pontentially here as well) limited. But then again, filipe proved himself in one season, didn't he?

I just read that he would like to stay here too anyway, so perhaps a deal can be done next year if he can prove himself.

This is of course the sticking point. It all hinges on wether or not the people in charge knows what they're doing or have some semblance of a plan with their action. This is of course highly in dispute, but I'm still willing to give everyone the benifit of a doubt. It simply remains to be seen, though obviously a more proven and experienced player would be preferred.

I saw last week the left back who took over the position in Rio Ave, his name is Edimar, he is really good and was on fire! To me this is a little bit assuring about this boy's quality!

I thought Pinto was signed because of Evaldo's performance at the beginning of the season and I thought he would take over starting spot, I guess I was wrong!

it's the strange case of getting Pinto and Miranda on loan!

I think this whole thing has to do with Lendoiro running a one man show even when it comes to signing players! Or is it another Mendes scam?!

He only played in the 2nd half. The match was emitted on TV, but I couldn't see it. For what I've readed about the impressions, he's not bad tecnically, but could have problems defending...

After seeing Evaldo these matches and knowing Ayoze, it's difficult to understand why Oltra is taking so long in giving him a chance. Some people say maybe because Oltra didn't want the player and was a signing of Lendoiro-Mendes. I don't know what to think, I guess Oltra just consider that Tiago is not ready yet, or doesn't have level enough. Because it would be very stupid by Oltra not counting with Tiago if he really was better than Evaldo or Ayoze...

It seems Nelson Oliveira and Roderick Miranda was a "pack": if we wanted Nelson, needed to sign Roderick too.

If this guy plays now, it's like throwing him to the lions in the Coliseum. Of all we have at our disposal now, Seoane would be my preferred choice. But that causes problems for Oltra because this player never counted for him at the start of the season. So, if he plays, Oltra is essentially admitting that he has no faith is his 3 left backs (Ayoze, Evaldo & Pinto). I have a feeling we might see a change of formation soon (to 3-5-2).

I don't bealive we will play with 3 at the back, sounds very odd at least for the spanish league. Even if we do play it we still need players at the side, so who will be covering the left?

against Barca, even at home, a nice, leg-breaker 6-4-0 is OK for me.

We have a poetic wisdom in Arabic " days will reveal to you what you never knew and news will be brought to you for free "

We will see the guy against Mallorca in Copa in 2 weeks and we can judge for ourselves!

in the second half he played like a tercera player. the Hun commentator joked on him, and finally he lost calmness, and cried, that in this team WC winner Capdevila played, just after Romero as a left back...
