if ever i would have been a pro footballer, i wouldn't be sure if i would play for national team if i would be that good. I'm not that patriotic. However, there would be another national team where i would have liked to play for!

if i was a pro footballer-the only clubs shirts that i would pull on would be barnet and deportivo!!!

though the chance to play in all the worlds big derbies would be nice...

at the end of the day you have to follow your heart, and what about players like owen hargreaves that had a choice of five countries to play for???

Zlatan is a very talented player. But I think he is a kind of guy like Tristan. Sometimes brilliant and sometimes it seems a bit clumsy. It's all or nothing with tose kind of players. Still I think with the years both players will be big players, but now they are both too irregular.
If Zlatan would go to Depor, I would like it very much when Ajax could take Tristan in exchange or something. Tristan doesn't play very much for such potential, so I think if Tristan would be interested.. Ajax would be a good club for him.

Wooowww, Ajax would commite suicide if they bought Tristan, because in Holland Tristan would visit Coffeeshops, red light district and his two favorite places to be: Casino's and disco's
He would ruin himself and Ajax
It's better for Tristan to stay in Spain and get his old form back so he can score many goals for Depor

That could happen, who knows. But in Spain there a just as many possibilities to ruīn yourself as in the Netherlands. If you can't behave yourself in the one land you won't behave youself in another land.

lol, many dutch around here now

na, I don't think Tristan will come to Ajax, and Zlatan won't come to Depor...

Zlatan is growing, but he only scored 11 goals this season.. that's not enough... that must improve, otherwise he will never reach the top... but he is really talented...

Your are right Freakyy.
Me and my friends had a lot of discussions about Zlatan.
The truth is he can fool around in the Dutch league,
make some tricks and moves, but in Italy or Spain defenders would not allow this, they would break his legs.
Don't get me wrong, but i think that Zlatan must stay in Holland for a couple of years and adjust his playing style.
He should concentrate on scoring goals instead of making nice moves.
If he would do that he would be unstoppable.

Watta goal he did yesterday against Italy. He have grow to a exellent teamplayer. I read today in the swedish newspapper that Juventus want him. Ajax want 25 - 30 Euro for him.

Have Ajax gone mad? They could sell one of his shirts for more than that.

still I believe he's overrated. I was even ready to write a post during the game against Italy how he wasn't playing well, and missed the goal from close distance as well.
I erased it after his magnificent goal, but it doesn't change my global opinion about him.

hehehehe

But Lyon offered one year ago 20 mil. So it's logical Ajax now want 25-30. If Zlatan keep playing this way, and Sweden will come far in the EK, his price will rise
