Default Fitness Level

I'm glad to see that Caparros is trying to raise our teams fitness level and motivation is on the increase.

For professional sportsmen it was some times laughable at the way some players were in peices after 60 minutes of play.

Though I doubt that Tristan will still manage more than a light jog around the pitch in most games next season.

Our players were never the fastest men to run on a pitch.

Which players do you think will benefit from loosing a kilo or two and gaining a metre or two in their pace and energy levels?

which players are fast and fit?
which are slow and tired?

and as we will be adopting a different formation (4-4-2 acording to victor) how will this benefit us?

about the 442 formation i canīt see where Valeron should play?? will he be the second attacker??

Why not try to sell him instead of Andrade!

i also think it's wise to sell valeron over Andrade, now that Valeron still has value (he'll be too old in two years for selling)

Who can benefit from the fitness? Well mostly Valeron and Tristan, and Luque can perhaps run more minutes than now.

I think the fitness/motivation is exactly what we need, more than techniques. We still miss set pieces though.

Am I getting confused or are you saying that Valeron could play just in front of the back 4?????????

although he hasnt done anything in a while....

i think we should play valeron as attacking mid/striker....

coz if he is to get fouled (alot) it will either be in the penalty box... or a dangerous position for a set piece..!!

thats my opinion...

we all know how good Valeron is at distributing the ball. He has still got the magic but the position he played in last season made him very vulnerable. It didn't take many teams to realise that if they took him out of the game then Depor were shafted. I actually think he'll play further up the pitch in front of the midfield. Like Bergkamp
