Yes - but we need more quality players to strengthen the depth of our bench like scoop said

here is Victor Statistic after he becomes our manager (Only La Liga)

Play - 45 games, already included 8 games last season and latest game vs. Villareal
Win - 9 (20%)
Draw - 23 (51.11%)
Lose - 13 (28.89%)
Goal scored - 55
Goal condeded - 72
Goal different - (-17)
Point acquired - 50 (from 9 x 3 = 27 + 23) from total 135 points (45 x 3) and that is 37.04 %

Yes, we need a deeper squad though..
Another season with him being a little more experienced would do both the club and him good..

Yes!
He knows the squad better than a new coach would. Also, this is his first job and I think he has learned a lot from this season.
But the most important thing is whether the players support him or not

Yes. Victor should stay.

He made some mistakes especially in second round, such as he doesn't have alternative tactics/strategy other than counter attack with too depending on Lucas. So when other teams can read this, they easily to stop us.

But overall Victor has give us some good character as a team. Our bad streak in second round IMO is not mainly because of his mistakes. It is caused by the lack of bench (mostly in goalkeeper and center back). It is very hard for a team with limited budget that lost their 2 goalkeeper to be competitive in this Primera competition. And as usual our team always got too many bad decision from the referee.

Yes - I hold him responsible for developing the players as well as he did. Look at a player like Alex he played more than twice as good this year compared to earlier. Sidnei also played much better compared to last year where he did so many weird mistakes. Sidnei's level dropped significantly with his injury and that is one of the main explanations for our decline.

Yes I would like him to stay.

Last season was his first proper season at the club, he had to welcome many new players, a few which may not have been requested by him.
Number 1 goalkeeper out all season, no decent striker to call upon, injuries for key players like Luis Alberto, Sidnei, Lux, Borges and Fede. Disciplinary issues with Jona and Luisinho. That is a lot to contend with IMO, so I feel his deserves another season to show what he can do.
This team is probably 3-4 quality players away from playing European football, so lets keep the core of the team together and bring in the missing pieces, to then carry on with our progress.
