![]() Watching Rochela the last days in Denmark, he became one of my favourites. I think he's pretty cool, and as Lotina says, he posseses great qualities. I truly believe he can come very far.

![]() i think he is going to be a top quality player.. he is around 5'10 in height and reasonably weighs.. may be for a central defender he may need 2-3 kgs more.. i dont know correctly.. anyway, we need to be very patient with him..

![]() well 178cm aint that much, he can compensate if he jumps very well.
Lets hope he will be the "piscu" of this year, and that he plays some minutes |

![]() The guy is an excellent prospect for sure but I would be very surprised if he got any minutes with the first team this year. It will be his first full season with Fabril this year and even that will be a big step up for him but he'll make the step up to the first team if he continues his improvement over the next 1-2 years.

![]() I assume that Daniel, in all his enthusiasm, set up this thread for a youth player who (indeed) hasn't even been part of Deportivo B yet... We have to hurry to get at least all the other Deportivo B players online....
![]() Let's see how it does this year. It's not a prerequisite that he plays a full season first before Lotina can use him... |

![]() He's an excellent prospect for us, but he's too young and inexperienced for Primera football atm IMO. He isn't a Fabril regular yet ! He has to establish himself in Fabril first, we can't risk a player like him.
Think about it; Lotina played him in a Primera game, he sucked and/or lost the game. People(media, some fans etc.) will attack him for such a performance and he'll definetely collapse psychologically, which won't be easy to come back. As I said before; I expect great things from him but he has still a couple of years ahead of him before Primera football.

![]() He has a great future. I hope he doesn't get bored of Depor, but the board and Lotina are treating him really well. If I was playing for Fabril, wouldn't be very happy to see an 18 y/o going to Denmark instead of me...
He has a lot to do yet. Remember the Xisco that played with Irureta and this one. Footballers need to have some muscle and be mentally trained. Hopefully with the experience of Fabril players in the 1rst team, Rochela will have an easy transition in 2-3 years time. On a curious note, he is from the same village as Piscu! |

I said why i started the thread already. Because of Lotinas declarations. Of course i agree that he has to prove himself in Fabril first, but if Lotina sounds this optimistic (he is the coach after all) i'm sure he will! I agree with what Barkin wrote, i dont think it would be good for him debut with the first team this year and get such negative comments as Fabri got. Btw i don't think he'll evolve enough to become an A-team player this year, it might have sounded like that in the first post, but in maybe 2 years. I still think he's too small to be able to be a central defender, so lets hope he grows a few centimetres (not likely tho). |

![]() In the netherlands they say: What's good, comes fast
Maybe that's the case for Rochela. I only think that it's more difficult to break through on a early age for defenders because mistakes have a bigger impact. But this is a perfect season for him to be a starter at Fabril and maybe to have some minutes in Copa.

![]() He was already capped for Spain U17 or 19, wasn't he? It shows, that he has a potential. I hope he can be the successor of ... Lopo.

He doesnt have the same strenghts as Lopo, i think he'd rather be the successor of Pablo Amo, guarding spaces and heading away balls that goes to the central area and covering up for the two more marking kind of defenders. |
