I almost choked on my tea reading that. Inzaghi? The best? I doubt even Milan fans would think that. He can be a good finisher when he's in good form, but far from the best striker. THAT is truly ridiculous! And Ryan Giggs is not a striker!! I don't think this is coming from a reputable football mag.

I think right now Henry is the best.
He scores goals and is a playmaker also.

My vote goes to Sjevtsjenko. He's not only a killer, but he can create his own chances because of his speed and his actions. Henry is also a good striker, but he plays in a well-oiled team. I think when Henry plays in a other team, he would'nt be as good as Sjevtsjenko. Sjevtsjenko has proved in every team that he is a brilliant striker.

Yes, Henry plays in a "well-oiled team" but doesn't Shevchenko also? And when Henry plays for France, he's magnificent also. He has done hmm...was it 29 (!) goals in EPL. And that's an achievement that almost no one can't beat these days. Bring "Shev" to Arsenal and I'm sure he can't do the same!....

Yes but Sheva has managed to score tons of goals in Serie A...the EPL is less defensive than Serie A, I'm sure if Shev went to England he'd score a bucket load in the right team, but I doubt Henry could do the same in Italy (as a centre forward, I might add, NOT as a winger!)

Henry did pretty well against Inter Milan this year in the San Siro if my memory serves me correctly. Didn't he get a hat-trick? I can remember 2 of the goals and they were very individual goals.

Shevchenko, Ronaldo and Makaay at the moment.
All three have been prolific in recent times and when they are missing from their club sides they are badly missed especially Ronaldo.
