50-15 in TA for you, rik and a draw.. That pretty much sums up how the season's been for you. But you played 5-2-3 longball in passing conditions and had 3 key players away(?), so afterall, the result is not that suprising anyways.

Mixed emotions on that result really.

I'm never happy to lose/draw a game I dominated in TA so a point after 50-15 TA is a bit dissapointing.

Playing longball in normal isn't ideal and I would normally go for passing if I had the players available but it's also a viable alternative that I've used in the past to good enough effect. Longball in windy or sunny conditions is a bit pointless but you hardly get penalised in cloudy conditions.

Having said all that, after last seasons game, even with the TA, I should feel extremely lucky that the ME allowed me to take a whole point off you Benn.

The result was also good for our league, with Feli now back in touch with me and Benn. I think it's much better when there's 2-3 fighting right until the last day but if I had to put my money on anyone, it would undoubtedly go on Benn again.

You deserved a victory last night(as usual). 50-15 is too much to only get a draw.. Anyways, thanks for injurying my best striker who just got back from a long injury

And as for the League .. Make sure not to bet too much money on me, you might find yourself go broke

I think you have better strength in depth than me or Feli, which added to your strength in your first 11 makes you the front runner IMO.

I think I mentioned it on the SL forum but I don't put down you picking up points when losing the TA down to just sheer luck. I really think that you must be doing something very right with your training regime that I'm not doing lol.
You don't seem to be a huge spender but you get players up to 99 alot quicker than I seem to.The improvement on your man of the match (Jonas Sidenious) is proof of that, in less than 1 season. I look at your squad and to be honest, I think it looks a little unbalanced but when you look at your results, it's hard to be critical cos they kick ass next to mine

Sorry about the broken thumb btw, but he was trying to gouge my goalkeepers eye out with it Luckily (for you) you have 2 very good replacements with 99 stats to replace him.

BTW - What's with the name change? Benn Ten?

My game today v Cannon Fodder I lost 2-0, I had 44-16 TA.
Is it that they are just better players

You made the same mistake I did when I played Benn last week. (Wrong boots).

You also didn't have any defenders on the bench, so had a midfielder playing right back for the last 24 mins.

You had a player out of position when Anton got injuried at 66 min. But by that time you'd already had 44 mins of TA, so that should not be the reason why you didnt score. You also played passing, while the "right" thing to do according to many managers is to play continental in hot/sunny conditions. Anyways, that really can't be what screwed you either. At least if it was, that would suck. My only option left is that the match engine has something against you.

EDIT: I believe you're wrong, Rik.

Choosing the right boots not only affects the likelihood of your players getting injured, it can also affect the performance of your team on the pitch, so it's essential that you get this right. Check the pitch conditions before selecting what boots to wear using the following information:

For a Hard pitch, Astro boots
For a Normal pitch, Blades or Moulded boots.
For a Soft pitch, Moulded boots.
For a Frozen pitch, Blades.
For a Muddy pitch, Studded boots.

Yeah I also missed the passing game instead of continental.

To be honest, I think it was just an accumulation of little things rather than one big glaring error.

3 errors, even if small are always going to count against you. I think you've been screwed by the match engine on numerous occasions but I can see why he won this 2-0.

Today the match engine helped me out, which made a real change. I got a point in my bottom of the table clash with Super Jays and to be fair, I didn't deserve it.

You had a player out of position when Bagsito came on the field instead of injuried croc .. But it still sucks to lose that way. He even played with an injuried player all match.

Oh no what a mistake, no defenders in my subs!!!
But I thought I had changed it, my other 2 games I have a defender as a sub? I must have forgotten to hit the confirm button?

I still think I was done though and I have had a few of these results of late.

It's the link with the word "Depor" Feli.

There's no other logical reason why we are both in the relegation zone
