Default LA LIGA: 26/05-07 Real Madrid 3-1 Deportivo (Post Match)

Well.. we couldn't expect anything from this match and 3-1 is a fair result. Some of out players did a great job, Estoyanoff, De Guzman, Capdevila and Cristian.

We also had like 4 freekicks close to goal and none of them gave Casillas troubles.

Let's just start focussing on the next season.

I don't really see the 3-1 as especially fair... the two teams created the same amount of chances and the referee gave the first goal to RM.

Look at the ball possesion. Look at which teams played the best.

Dissapointing to lose but pretty expected. As I said to Alan though, we drew 3-3 on aggregate this year but we win on away goals

Bad Bad Bad Result !!
but it was good game for depor...
What is wrong with the refree's in the liga, RVN kick the ball in his hand, and they scored the 1st goal....

See you depor next Season...

i won't check and watch rest of depor games...

it hurts how depor allows an easy goals...

These stats don't say that RM were superior or deserved what they got

Default deportivo match against real madrid

Always lose lose lose................. What going with deportivo this season?????

Real madrid started first then we respond quickly, after that i wanna know what happened with the squad. maybe they didn't believe what thier eyes saw.

Perhaps they are asking themselves after they got the drew (How come we drew with Real madrid?)

I have a question, If villarreal finished this season in number 6 before zaragoza, Is that means that we can enter the intertoto cup because villarreal in that way maintianed the number 6 which put them in uefa cup without playing in the intertoto cup??

Am i right with that? so the clubs that will qualify for the uefa cup next season will be 1- deportivo 2-villarreal 3- getafe 4- zaragoza.

That's indeed if villarreal finished the season in no six. It will be a big fight between villarreal and itletico madrid to get a free ticket to qualify for the uefa cup.

We lost because we committed three errors. I remember what Leon said on the past game with Sevilla: that we were staring to commit stupid mistakes, and I am starting to be worried about it.

1st goal: Why everybody was reclaming? OK, Van Nistelrooy handled the ball, but you should start protesting when the ball is out, now when it's inside of the penalty area.

2nd goal: First it was an error of Cristian losing that ball and later everybody were just standing there. For the first time in my life, I saw Raul wining a ball to Andrade

3rd goal: Coloccini should clear early the ball, instead Raul made whatever he wanted, and not happy with that, Colo even assisted Van Nistelrooy for the goal

I remember this play resulted only due to the fact that Sergio lost it right at the edge of the box. He is playing absolutely terrible and showed it once again this game. Veteran? He looks like someone who's playing soccer for the first time.

What could we expect? Our season has been over for some time now and we're simply playing these games to get them over with it appears. I defend Colo strongly, even though he made that mistake he played very well previous to that play and against Sevilla last week as well. One thing I noticed about the team is that we lose concentration once we score a goal. It happened today and last week as well. This is due to lack of confidence and skill to some point. All we have to look foward to is what will happen as of June 5th.

+Positive thing from the game, we scored a goal in each of our last 2 matches, yipeeeeeeee

sadly your stats dont take one thing into consideration....the pure corruption that plagues La Liga's referees. SOme may say i am a bitter loser but i am not blind, the first goal was hand-ball and a freekick for a foul, roberto carlos' antics as well as robinhos deliberate handball are clearcut yellow cards, many many many free kicks given against deportivo where to me ridiculous and would meen the end of football as we knw it, its ridiculous if the same free kicks were given en very match wed be talkin about triple figured freekicks in some games its ridiculous i even think the thrid goal was rather dodgy but that aside i think we have a clear example of spanish centralist corruption in football to which i can only say: VIVA GALIZA E FORZA DEPOR and i wont write the other thing we were singing down the sports cafe in london dont knwo if its allowed
