With Málaga and Numancia heading for promotion at at least 9 points of all other teams, clubs like Sporting Gijón, Elche, Celta, Real Sociedad, Castellón, Granada and Tenerife fight with each other for the remaining spot. That gives Celta a chance of about 20-25% of promoting this season.

Remember that since the promotion of Deportivo in 1991, Celta have already played the seasons 1991/1992 and 2004/2005 in Segunda, now (2007/2008) play in it again and probably will remain in it for two consecutive years for the first time since the early 1990s.

I know now how we can notice that our situation is very bad - when we look at Segunda scores and say "I wish Celta lose...I wish Ferrol win...at least if we drop we will have some derby matches next season"
