I'm sure they yearn back to the good old days where there was plenty of fish in the sea...

I don't give a heck for their problems tbh. They are suffering the consequences of their mistakes they made in the past, and there is nothing they can do about it...

Nowadays, Celta play for 6,000 in Balaidos, have an (publicly recognized) enormous debt and cannot find the form to occupy a promotion-spot (first three). They lost 1-2 against Castellón this Sunday. With Málaga and Numancia heading for promotion at at least 9 points of all other teams, clubs like Sporting Gijón, Elche, Celta, Real Sociedad, Castellón, Granada and Tenerife fight with each other for the remaining spot. That gives Celta a chance of about 20-25% of promoting this season.

Remember that since the promotion of Deportivo in 1991, Celta have already played the seasons 1991/1992 and 2004/2005 in Segunda, now (2007/2008) play in it again and probably will remain in it for two consecutive years for the first time since the early 1990s.

I wish we can see a Fabril-Celta derby next season . After that, they can promote if they want.

In case we get relegated i think it's much more possible to have the same luck as Celta has nowadays, than let back segunda as a short break.

Celta is the example of what we should avoid in anyway

Another loss for Celta, this time 2-1 at mid-table Eibar. The only realistic promotion spot remains third place, which now is at 4 points. Real Sociedad, Castellon, Sporting de Gijon and Sevilla Atl (but they cannot be promoted) all are better situated to take this place. Tenerife, Granada and Eibar almost have the same chances as Celta.

Celta only won 2-1 against 10-men Poli Ejido in Balaidos, who are the bottom-team of Segunda B. In the standings, Numancia and Málaga are heading for promotion and probably won't be caught by other teams. So, only third spot remains currently occupied by strong Real Sociedad with 41 points. Next in line are Sporting de Gijón and Elche. Sevilla B can't be promoted. Celta (at 3 points of Real Sociedad) will have to beat all Real Sociedad, Sporting de Gijón, Elche and Castellón (37 points) in their quest for Primera football.

I know now how we can notice that our situation is very bad - when we look at Segunda scores and say "I wish Celta lose...I wish Ferrol win...at least if we drop we will have some derby matches next season"

Derby matches Celta - Deportivo B and Deportivo B - Racing de Ferrol would be great!
