![]() High-flying Valladolid, at 10(!) points of Deportivo (in January already…) and 5 of the relegation zone, will visit Riazor this Sunday.
There won’t be any doubt that, looking at recent form and the history of Deportivo in Riazor, the visitors are highly favorites to win this match. They haven’t lost for 8 matches in a row including two Copa matches. This included a 0-0 at Atlético, a 0-3 at Getafe and 2-3 at Murcia. Recently they also won 2-3 at Zaragoza and played 2-2 at Osasuna. Many factors will have to coincide if Deportivo want to win this match. A fit and united squad, a lead, a team supported by the crowd and, most of all, dedication to the cause. But Valladolid are just another example that with average players one can do really well, and also that it’s possible to overcome a difficult situation. Almeria are another example. Their players aren't superior to the ones of Deportivo, but their teams contain most of the factors of above. |

![]() Till our last chance dissapears i will keep my positive thinking. We have said, there are 5 games against direct rivals in a row where we need at least 3 wins. One has gone, but even if we lose against Valladolid, we have the chance to win the rest 3.
But we will win this, i don't know how, but this series of defeats at Riazor will come to an end. It can't be at any game at riazor to send the ball inches from the posts, or right to the post and then suffer a goal at the first chance of the rival... |

![]() Initiatives are taken to get Riazor full. I would suggest to Lendoiro to open the gates and to get 28,000 in for free. Playing for 8,000 isn't really motivating.

![]() I wouldn't care about an ugly win, with Valladolid dominating and us scoring a lucky (deflected) goal in the final minute, because only a win can change all this around. Playing great and finishing 0-0, 1-1 or 0-1 won't help a thing.

![]() This is the game to turn things around! We play at home, and in our situation, every game from now until the end of the season should be played like a Final. We desperately need 3 points here, I don't know if we can afford to sink any deeper in the table. I honestly think the morale in the squad is as low as it's ever been, so we have to win here and get some confidence back. Guardado says they feel impotent, well here is where we rise from the Ashes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

![]() If he is gonna stay for the Valladolid game.... he has to play the same team as last weekend.... but Lopo has to replace Piscu... A.Thomas has to replace Sergio..... and Riki has to play just behind the main striker... who has to be Xisco!
Lotina needs to drop Adrian (striker) who did sweet FA on sunday & replace him with Xisco... Riki needs to play as the second striker behind Xisco.... we need Lopocop in defense because of his experience & because he is a colosus... And IMO A.Thomas has to replace Sergio... he offers a lot more energy/discipline in midfield - & he can also pick a pass. On the right of midfield either Juanro (physical presence & can help defensively in midfield) or Christian.... NO LAFITA! ...............Fabricio........ M.Pablo...Lopo....Colo.....Felipe .........DeGuzman...A.Tomas..... Juanro/Cristian..............Guardado ...................Riki.................. .................Xisco..................

![]() If by then it is still Lotina with his "amusing" tactix, then forget about a positive result... Or else, pray that J Llorente will be injured, Ogbeche is not there (for uncertain reasons
