Default LIGA | 09.03.08 | Valencia 2 - Deportivo 2 | Post-Match

After being 2 goals down in the first half, we showed great character to come back and equalise.

3 points would have been great but 1 isn't bad either, especially as no-one else in the bottom 6 got any points at all.

FORZA DEPOR!!!!!!!!!!!!

Perfect score for me! Valencia dominated, but we got 1 point and now relegation zone is two points away from us!

Lafita 3rd goal in a row!

After conceding 2 goals, I thought it was over. But guys made a great comeback and we earned a valuable point at Mestella. Not a bad score, IMO. We'll definetely stay up if we keep going like this.

VAMOS DEPOR !!!

We had a difficult start into the game but bounced back impressively. But I was even more impressed by our second half, Valencia were having hardly any chances while we were setting up a dangerous attack every once in a while. A win would have been very possible. And for me, Riki's performance confirmed that he should be given a go as our starting striker.

Happy to finally be able to watch a match live (only the 3rd for me this season). We showed good character to come back. I liked De Guzman, Wilhelmsson, Lafita. I did not like Xisco today. Or Felipe in defense. I also wished We didn't take out Lafita so early in the 2nd half.

I agree with you, but Riki seems to be a completely different player when coming off the bench. I can't see the same decent Riki when he is a starter, dunno why though...

Good result.
I'll be happy with same result on Saturday, but I'm sure we can win it!

Absolutely great result, especially after being left behind so early after so bad defending. A comeback would not have been possible for just two month ago for sure.

I'm kind of disappointed that Lotina just, which it looked a little to me, although we did try to attack, just locked down and made sure we got a point. We totally made Valencia unable to create some decent chances, but we still just let them have the ball possession. It was when we subbed Lafita for JR, that I kinda got that feeling. If we would've both Lafita, Wilhelmsson and Riki, then we would have been very dangerous on the chances that we did have. Riki had to shoot from a insane distance and angle sometimes, and that could've been better.

Can't complain though, cause 2-2 is a very good result. Let's take those Madridista bastards next week!

A draw vs Valencia is always good! still 11 points out of 15, so Depor is doing a great job

A good result for us after being 2-0 down!
The team is fighting in each game, which was missing in the 1st half of the season.. if we carry on like this.. we'll be climbing the table..

Zaragoza

But still, to get a point away against Valencia, that do have some great players despite their bad shape this year, is a fine result.

And great to see that we've been able to score two goals after getting behind to games in a row now.

We keep playing a decent game, and with the form we've been having the last 7 games (giving us 14 points), I simply can't see us going out of la liga.
Especially taking in mind the latest games from Recreativo and Murcia.
OK, we're only 16, and there's only two points down to recre, but on the other hand the bottom half of the table is still very tight...
