Default Copa | Deportivo 2 - Elche 0 | 12.11.2008 | 21:00 | post-match thread

Not the best match for Depor, but well at least the team won and kept a clean sheet. Goals from P Alvarez and the first for Omar Bravo.

im glad for omar bravo! i wont say its because we played with two strikers but i hope there were some positives from that tactical change and we can use it as a viable option when we're in trouble..maybe now we can be a two-trick pony!

We achieved advance and that's the most important thing. I'm wondering why Lotina didn't start with 4-4-2 formation with Mista and Bravo upfront. I'm sure they would score some more goals in that case and gain some confidence. Anyway I'm happy to see Omar scoring a goal in official match.

Let's have a good draw Poli Eijdo or Real Union would definitely satisfy me

Realistically speaking we couldn't have asked for much more. Two goals, the 4th consecutive clean sheet, renewed confidence for Omar Bravo and a ticket for the next round where Real Madrid, Villarreal, Recreativo, Málaga and Numancia already will be missing.

With the exception of Barcelona and Valencia, we can beat (over two matches) all other opponents left.

We can also beat both Barcelona and Valencia. Its just that its unlikely, but don't say its imposible.

Hey, somebody on Polish forum mentioned that there is no draw and we'll meet Racing while Barca Atletico! Is it true?

Don't know about reliability from goal, but says so here as well, that we'll meet Racing:

Wait a second that Wikipedia thing is wrong, there's always a draw for every round, at least until semi-finals. We don't know our rival yet!
