Default Copa | Deportivo Vs Murcia | 10.11.2009 - 20h00 | pre-match comments

The second leg will be played next Tuesday. We are leading 1-0 and Lotina will probably use the "reserves".

Murcia fired coach Campos after losing on Saturday. They hired a guy called Jose Gonzalez.

Reason enough not to take the return leg for granted.

Players for the game: Manu, Aranzubia, Manuel Pablo, Laure, Angulo, Adrián López ‘Piscu’, Colotto, Zé Castro, Juan Rodríguez, Sergio, Antonio Tomás, Pablo Álvarez, Iván Pérez, Valerón, Adrián, Mista and Bodipo.

* Lopo and Filipe out with minor injuries. Lassad and Juca also out.
* Guardado out because he is presenting the new shirt of Mexico.
* Lotina confirmed the lineup, the only doubt is who will play in attack, he say it could be Bodipo, Adrian or Mista.

Not serious, but you know how Lassad suffers from his muscular problems. He was not picked by Tunisia in the end, they have a vital game for the World Cup.

I forgot to mention that we wont' see Dani Aquino at the Riazor, he is out injured for a month (stress fracture)

Yes, I like this lineup for the Copa, we'll see how hungrily they play. We can definitely get a goal out of them. It's also good see Felipe, Lopo and Guardado getting a rest. (Though I'm not sure if flying to and from Mexico would consitute "a rest")

A correction: Riki is in the list too. But I doubt he will play.

Only thing I don't like is absence of Juan Dominguez from the list of called players (again). Shame, really.
Line-up is pretty strong, though.

Dammit he needs to bulk up fast, hope its just the lack of preparation he's had in the preseason.

The club present an appeal and Lotina hopes he will be available for Atletico.

Yes. He has a toe injury and has even missed the last games with Fabril.
