As long as we play solid defence as we have the past few games, I can easily see us taking 3 points here off a counter or set piece.

I'd be satisfied with a single point, but a win, probably similar to last year, is doable, and it would put us 6-7 points off the relegation zone.

Racing aren't that bad, though, but if we could just extend their extremely bad run just a bit more, it wouldn't be too bad.

no wonder we never lost in their stadium. I'm always relaxed when we play Racing. they remind me of a local club called Alahli! which I also never get nervous when my local team play them.

Some mixed feelings about this. Obviously, I hope we win, no question. But I wouldn't count on it. It's at times like this that we generally come crashing back down to earth. If we can avoid getting complacent, I think we'll manage a result and adding point(s) is progress.

But I'm also sad because I was planning to go and see this game in Santander until the flight arrangements made the travel itinerary ridiculous and expensive for me. Now Martin will will have to leave the bars open behind him! Say hello to my amigos in the bars of Plaza de Canadio for me, Martin. And enjoy the trip!

3 points against Santander would give us a bit of a safety net above the bottom 4 clubs... therefore a win would be fantastic for us.

Could be your seventh trip to Cantabria.

Have a great time and bring 3 point back with you.
