It's extremely important that we win this match. I still believe we can manage top ten this year. Despite the poor start, I think this team is good for top ten. Since Lotina switched to the 5-2-2 formation I have got the faith back. This match is a classic bottom or "top" match. I exaggerate when I say this match will determine if we will fight on the upper table or bottom, but this match will do a lot!

I meant 5-2-2-1 of course.

Must win, as said before. We're playing at home and we need these points. Simply have to win if don't want 2007/08 repeat in next weeks.

they have two top strikers with trezeguet and nelson valdez
a draw would be satisfied if we have a bad start eleven
i miss saul in our start eleven is he injured?

.................................Aranzubia........ .........................
Seoane...... Lopo.........Aythami/Rochela...Colotto......Rinda/Raul.....
............................Juanro/A.Tomas....Ruben/Juando....................
Saul............................Lassad/Dioni........................Adrian.........

Its vital that we get something out of this game, a draw at least. I would play Seoane at right back, and bench M.Pablo who has been poor. Rinda or Raul on the left because they can add to the attack, and are both left footed. I would also consider resting Ruben and/or Juanro because they play all the time. Saul and Adrian on the wings, supporting either Lassad or Dioni upfront. I would also give Urreta 20 mins in the second half.

"Come On Depor"

I would rather start with Adrián on top than Lassad/Dioni, and then put Desmarets on the left wing.

My team:

Aranzubia
Manuel Pablo - Colotto - Aythami - Lopo - Seoane
Rubén Pèrez - Juan Rodríguez
Urreta - Adrían
Lassad

I don't think we should change that much.

Our attacks have got to be direct and sharp otherwise we'll put in another toothless performance. It seems that when we have the ball and once the opposition get back behind it with all their players are in position then we just can't break them down. I think this game will be tight and I'm not convinced that we'll come away with the 3 points...a draw wouldn't be too bad

Saul is fine, just that Lotina wanted to try something different.

if we play like we did in santander & with thier quality strikers we'll lose like Real Madrid

we need to b strong in defense, & sharp upfront... i still believe this will b a very long & tough season specially with our luck in injuries with our key players

Another monday night game, awesome! I know we were crushed last time, and the first time we didn't do so well, but I still can't help but being excited about this. Vamos Depor!

Do the teams playing on a Monday get any compensation for loss of revenue when the game is televised on a Monday?

I know in England, when a game is televised, there is a fee paid as compensation for those that can stay at home and watch it rather than go to the stadium. (At least thats how it was once)

I'm just wondering because this is our 3rd Monday game and I wouldnt be surprised if Lendoiro would be happy to play Monday nights and get a bit of compo rather than get a poor crowd on a weekend anyway and no compo.
