Default LIGA 10/11 | Almeria - Deportivo | 20-02-11 | pre-match l 17h00

With the win over Villarreal we are now 5 points above Almeria, and a win on here will be very important, besides to revenge our previous three losses on the season against them.

Almeria is Barca to my eyes. Don't really excpect anything form this, a draw would be brilliant

Will get him back, in 5-Round they win us with 2:0, but Colotto was sent off, and they benefit of this. Then we played 5 matches, and get only 3 points, now of last 5 matches, we have only 4 points, situation is same..but i think with this win over Villareal, the team will be lift, the boys believe in his powers, and if midfielders and defence play as last night, we are get 3 points + Javito will be able to play, more power on the wing and in attack this is very good for us!

No need to make a separate thread for the game vs the Chinese

But how is the game?

Any streams? (ok, that was a joke )

Guardado maybe will be available for the match vs. Almeria, Javito won't be ready for the game.I think the team is the same аs was against Villareal, Claudio Morel make a good match, but now Laure is available for game, which means M.Pablo may pass the left-back while Laure at the right-back, or lines of four defenders be the same, for me M.Pablo on right, Morel at left, Laure reserve.Better will be for now not to make changes in the defensive line.

Agree with this, although I think Lotina might have other ideas. The key to all our defeats against Almeria is that we didn't match their agressiveness, desire and velocity at the start of matches. If we go out in a containing mode from the start, I fear we might be 1-0 or 2-0 down after 25 minutes. They have pace on the wings and maybe that's why Lotina will consider re-introducing Laure. Personally, I would keep him on the bench until the second half and introduce him on the right side of midfield in a 4-4-2 formation. Gameplan + Attitude will win this match.

IMO this could be 1 of the most important games of the season for us. 3 points will take us away from the danger zone, improve confidence, and put an end to our Jinx against Almeria.

I would keep the same line up as against Villareal for the first 65 minutes. I would then introduce the likes of Sand, Valeron & Xisco at some stage to give them minutes. A victory here would set us up nicely for the R.Madrid game. Defeat would probably leave us feeling crap for 2 weeks!

this should be another do or die (get out) game for Lotina, cause if we loose, we'll be again on the edge of relegation in two weeks time

no reason to not win against Almeria, who the f is Almeria anyway??

Guardado not be included for the list of players for the game.Lotina probably will use a same squad who faced Villareal. If we win maybe will happen balance for who talked Lotina before a few days. For me Morel must be a starter in this match, he play well last Sunday and he need chance to prove that it's a good player.

Almost certainly, Lotina will repeat the same scheme against Villareal, 4-3-2-1.It's time to revenge !!!

Looks like Xisco could be out for up to a month with an injury. So we've got Javito not available and Xisco out for a bit which means Sand is the only one of our three new signings that could feature this weekend.
