Default Liga | Guadalajara 1:2 Depor | Mar 10 | Post match comments

Final Resuly: Guadalajara-Depor 1-2 (Bruno Gama, Riki)

An unexpected nailbiter and one of the strangest games of the season. 3 more points in the bag though.

Oh, this got so intense in the end, but we did enough to secure the win. This could potentially be vital as it gives us a 12-point gap to Hercules and 11-point gap to Almeria. Elche and Valladolid face off tomorrow.

best news are the 3 points...the game was neither so bad nor so good, taking in mind the status of the pitch and its sizes...we played very good in these conditions...ze castro got a stupid red card and riki is doubtful for the next game(s)..hope isn't so serious injury...keep forward
vamos depor

A win is a win! We did as we usually do - being a little bit lucky, but as Poles say - luck is on the better's side Other scores were perfect too.

btw. Riki scored his 10th liga goal this season what makes him our first striker to break the 10 goals mark since Diego Tristan did it in 2005/06. Unbelieveable that we had to go down to see this.

Am I the only one who thinks that wasn't red? Ze Castro kicked the ball almost at the same time the referee's whistle was blown. I also think JD's goal was legit. In other words, the referees were crap today.

Beautiful goals by Gama and Riki BTW (and also Guadalajara's was quite nice). And it was hilarious how the crowd played such a considerable part of the game today, absolutely loved the atmosphere.

There isn't, actually, that matchday has been moved to May. Because of this, we'll have three away games in our last four games of the season.

I agree with one and disagree with the other. For me, there was absolutely nothing wrong with the goal and the replays show that Dominguez was clearly ONSIDE.
But with regards to Ze Castro's yellow for kicking the ball away, I thought the ref got it right and Ze Castro was very silly to do that. You only have to see his body language to know that he wasn't legitimately shooting without hearing the whistle, for me it was clear that he kicked it away on purpose. Totally unneccesary imo
