Well, not much to say anymore. There are semblances of quality upfront, but we are constantly hard done by a completely inept defense.

Disappointing play of Asuncao.. awuful...

Let's win Real Madrid! Attack is the best Defence.

(I'm kidding ofcourse, our defence is like PES 12, every opponent cross is goal)

Well after seeing this game I just have to say that Kaka is a decent defender!

And I'm sorry but I also have to mention that Evaldo sucks... but I can see why he was put there today and that's because we had Navas against us. The thought was to put a speedy side defender against him and as far as a see it Ayoze lack Evaldos pace.

But from now on please bench Evaldo

it's unfair to not recognize the offensive efforts but the defense is blah!

I don't want to see Evaldo in a Depor shirt again!

Gotta say, they looked like a completely different team in the second half. If they had played like that in the first half as well (including the changes), maybe the result would have been different. But then again, who expected a second string goalie to make those ridiculous saves. It just shows the kind of luck that Depor has had all season long, career games for the opposition every week.

You know what bugs me? How we let go of Morel. I thought that guy was actually growing with the team at the end of the season. Certainly much better than Ayoze, with often a very decent cross. He would've stayed for a very low salary. Instead we get a few useless loanees... To think how different this season could've been with a decent leftback.

awful 1st half and a positive 2nd one......evaldo needs to be out of the list for the rest of the season

we conceided easy goals due to our lack of agression and concentration..
dani made some good saves, silvio was better than before..
assuncao did nothing and he needs to be benched

gama improved this game also, riki was on level as always
poor game for pizzi, but salomao impressed a lot, nelson had to score that header..

next time i want to start with jd, valeron, ayoze and salomao for pizzi, evaldo, assuncao and alex

You know, it reminds me of the game at Valencia
Poor defending in the first part, 1-3 at half-time, the difference this time is that their keeper saved our two chances to tie the game.
Not mad with the performance, but at this point only a miracle can save us

Look guys we saw POSITIVE things , finally we say it. Not so bad game, of course we lost because of our defense nothing new, but if Riki was scored for 2-2 the game became different, nothing maybe we'll relegate but at least to be with fight, not to squander all 42 games last year. Bruno woke up yesterday they made against him 6-7 fauls, if Pizzi wasn't so terrible with his crossing maybe we could score. Good game for Salomao, Nelson also show some good things and Valeron of course. Some people like Assuncao must show more because we bought them to help not to carrying the blue shirt like on review...
conclusions: put Salomao as a starter, Valeron too. Bench Evaldo!

what's with all our good ideas and suggestions if they aren't heard? I'm shouting half a year the things you're writing now, bench evaldo, start salomao; and i'm not an enlighted medium. How come not one of 3 trainers see this?????

The problem is that Ayoze, for example, was costing us loads of points in Segunda as well last year. Replacing Evaldo with him won't do any good. If Evaldo gets picked, imagine how poorly Ayoze is doing on trainings...

Second, besides giving 2 decent corners last week, Salomao didn't really do anything. He tried a few dribbles but consistently lost the ball. If Gama would've played like that, people would've been complaining about it. Sure, at this point I'm all for giving Salomao a chance (we need to try something, right), but one decent game doesn't prove anything.

After tonight, Vazquez really should try this.
-----------------Aranzubia-----------------
Silvio-----Marchena----Ze Castro--Ayoze
------------Alex--------Aguilar------------
Pizzi-----------Valeron-----------Salomao
-----------------Riki------------------------

Sure, we're playing Real Madrid, but Valeron has left two positive impressions in a row now. When Domingos put him on the pitch a week ago, you could hear him asking Valeron for "un poco de trabajo", and I do believe he delivered. Our options are on Arbeloa's wing, so Pizzi and Salomao (I take it they'll swap sides at times), will need to be at their best.

but i never told that we need to replace him with Ayoze; also i know that this is hardly an improvement. We have let go all decent alternatives, probably because of the trainer(s), so they are still to be blamed for the evaldo-debacle.
And even in the current situation, like i told you earlier: i'm all for trying an alternative. Do a Macherano, a Guardado! Let's not just gape to the problem like a lama and make inner peace with it!
Salomao: beofre his lenghty injury, he was the main motor to our counter-attacks, he can do it (just not finishing a goal) but somehow the trainers and you have some group-amnesia
