![]() Excellent win but almost blew it at the end with Oliveira losing the ball every time he got it, would have liked to see Bergantinos come in as an extra mid for Riki. Back to within striking distance of Zaragoza and in a situation where a win next week could put us in 18th and 1 point behind salvation. Forza Depor!!

![]() Yes we can!
![]() What a great win, with some moments of fantastic performance, mainly in the 2nd half, in which we dominated the ball, combinated very well and had good chances to score more goals. And when lost the ball, we defended quite well and recovered it quickly many times. The most important is we finally seem to play like a team, defending and attacking together, and also the players seem to have recovered the confidence and the self-steem lost during this complicated season. During the 2nd half there were probably some of our best minutes of football this season, winning 1-3 away and dominating, specially in midfield with Valeron, Juan and Abel having the ball, and not suffering at all. Unfortunately the referee decided to put some excitement in the last minutes, so after the 2-3 we finally ended the match pressured by Mallorca, but more with the heart than with the brain or the football. And if most of us were worried and sad because of the results of Celta and Zaragoza yesterday, this great win change everything and make us discount 2 points with both of them. Bad result for us today Osasuna, that got 3 important points in Valladolid, and have 31 now. Let's see what happens tomorrow with Athletic(32) vs Granada (28). Gora Athletic! ![]() In the Press Conference after the match, FV said: "This victory allow us to keep hooked in the train of salvation. We wanted to win, we came here to win, we jumped to the pith to win, put everything to win, and mainly in the 2nd half we did it." When asked if the pressure could affect Mallorca performance and players, he answered: "If Mallorca had pressure, imagine how much we had. Mallorca scored first and got advantage, so everything was lost for us. But maybe it was good for us, maybe it was good that pressure, that they took advantage, so we had to face that situation, and the team reacted very well to it. Anw, we have to keep fighting, because we didn't achieve anything yet." Asked about the value of the win: "It's important, 3 points against a direct rival, and also the golaverage, but didn't achieve anything yet, and now we already have to think in the next game against Zaragoza |

![]() That second half was excellent at times, we somehow even managed to put some tiki taka on the pitch
![]() Great win, I really didn't expect it. Of course, these two wins mean nothing if we don't beat Zaragoza next week. If we lose that game, the permanence will probably be 7 points away once again. Their second goal clearly should've been cancelled, either for offside, or for hand ball. So I'm not too worried about that. Up until that goal we were actually defending pretty well, aside from Marchena in the first half. Fortunately for him, he redeemed himself in the second half.

![]() This is what we've been waiting all season long, for our fighting Depor to finally make its appearance. There's still a lot of work to be done, but now at least we feel we can do it. Bring on Zaragoza!

![]() Congrats guyss i missed the first 30min., but what i saw the next 60min., impressed me. In some moments our midfielders passed the ball as he never did it before. Key man for that - Valeron. First away victory "just in time". We still breathing let's see what's gonna be happen against Zaragoza.

![]() Fantastic result! We chose a great time for our first away win of the season lol What a game awaits next week against Zaragoza. This is as a big a final as the team will have all season. At least we have momentum on our side as well as home field advantage with a packed riazor. This is the time boys, let's get it!!
