We're no great shakes but we're in a play-off spot and that's more than I expected tbh

We basically scored in the very first minute of the game, and then defended the result for 90 minutes. Barcelona B didn't get many chances, if any, until minute 75 (aside from some cheaply given free kicks), but we ended up suffering badly in the last 15 minutes.

Good game defensively, but Juan Dominguez was lost and Arizmendi had an off-day. Borja Baston was on a deserted island up front and couldn't really do much. Culio was everywhere though, great effort imo. Alex and him were the men of the match imo, but Culio's goal gave him the edge. Lux had a solid game but aside from one great save, he didn't really have to do much. Though he always looked secure, aside from the one big mistake he made, when he couldn't hold on to a high cross.

In my opinion, people are being a little overly critical. We didn't do much, but seeing how we already had the lead since the first minute, we didn't really have to. Barca B has trouble creating chances against a well organized rival, so the strategy today worked.

Juan Dominguez was dreadful though. And it can't just be because of the formation. He gave some terrible passes, and missed several easy controls. If he's not in the game, then the whole team isn't in the game. He needs to step it up. Unfortunately we don't really have replacements for him.

Wilk had a great game by the way. I hope that FV will actually give the 4-1-3-2 a try next week. We'll need to create more danger, especially at the Riazor, and that could be an answer. If Wilk plays like this every week, Depor is certainly capable of using the system with 1 defensive midfielder.

this guy did not made good first games, but the last games it seems he enters in game rhythm and now he's doing pretty good job. nothing change with J.Dominguez he's always like this a few good games, then a couple bad games if he menage to fix that he could be really great midfielder.
Since the beginning of the season it seems almost all of our players has up and downs and because of that we are not so balanced team, but also with all negatives in our game, we are able to win points away from home something foreign to us.

Tata Martino was watching the game and the Catalan TV informed that he's thinking of Lux for next year, remember that Valdes is leaving

I read he was particularly interested in Adama Traoré. In any case, he was there for Barcelona B, not for Depor. Though perhaps he had his eye on Borja Bastón as well.

It seems he was following several Barça B players, Masip, Samper and Espinosa, although the one who impressed him more was Adama Traoré. http://www.mundodeportivo.com/201310...391864832.html

About the match, I could only see the 2nd half, and about our game, one word comes to my mind: Catenaccio! I didn't see the 1st half, but it seems it was the goal in the 1st minute, and then 89 minutes of pure catenaccio. I think our ex-coach legend HH (Helenio Herrera) would be very proud of this team.

The most important, the 3 points, and we are tied in 3rd position with Sporting and Lugo.

Rudy on the goal was really good except the time when he crosses. its been the story of his time with us so far.

dont we have crossing practice or coaches? lol

he seems really rushed and anxious all the time when it comes to the final pass. I hope he settles. I love to see him dance on the ball

first thing I did when I read this is run to the July News Archive and double check Lux renewal period, I remembered it was one year but I hoped I was wrong. This means we won't make any money from his departure!

This has become an annual habit.

The best part of the game was to see the coach having a party with the peña in Barcelona
