I don't expect any wins in the first 4 rounds at least. The team is lacking many things for now, but I'm hopeful about the season.

I expect a defeat against Granada.

After VF bluffing at friendlies, Granada will get in relaxed and we will have them 0-3 by 30'

Is Luisinho suspended after his red against Ponfer?

a lot of new players, we need time to play as a team, but i hope we start adding points from the beginning, every point helps to reach our goal, i'm pissed off about the striker thing.... i hope to bring a good striker and CB ASAP

I don't think we will get a win but a draw is possible

we lack understanding especially in the middle field whihc is an essential part

Let's not be too pessimistic about this season. Look at Eibar and Cordoba. I'll take our squad over theirs any day. If we can leave those two behind us this season, then we only need to find one more team that's worse than us. If we're lucky, there will be another "Betis" case this season as well.

We're playing at Granada, not Real Madrid. We can certainly sneak a win with a bit of luck.

guys change the date of the game I got totally confused. We might will have an advantage this season at least in the beginning of the season almost all of the team will underestimate us, imo.

This match is winable... but, considering the pre-season, I'd be satisfied with a draw.

Damn, this game couldn't have been played at a worse time. I'm expected to go to a bbq at 9pm. I hate missing the first game of the season! Last year I also missed 3 of the first 4 games.

For me the main concern is that we have not yet signed a striker or a centre back. Then I look at players like Medunjanin and Cuenca who are not match fit, we also have the problem that the team is new and not yet playing as a unit.
So I agree with Sultan that it could take us a few weeks to gel, but hopefully we can avoid defeat along the way.

Pre season games scores are usually indicative of nothing, but our football was so dry and toothless so Im not getting my hopes up (plus, I still remember the trashing Granada gave us two seasons ago).

However, Im a hopelessly optimistic and romantic, so I will never say a positive result is impossible, just quite unlikely.

I believe we have a shot against Granada. They also have a new coach, and they have been trying to form a competetive team as well, just like us...

This would be my favorite formation for Saturday's game:

Lux

Seoane Lopo Insua Luisinho

Cavaleiro JD Medun Cuenca

Farina

Toche

Let me know what you think!
