Expected defeat. But we did ok for most of the first half. Even with 3 CB's we still can't defend set pieces.

Looking ahead, I'd move Sidnei into midfield and bring in Dani Iglesias from Fabril. What have we got to lose?

Hope the injured fan recovers.

Ridiculous coach and Ridiculous Postiga.

I still can't believe how Postiga continues starting !

when a team like Atltico scores against you ..this will result in eventual defeat if you still keep the 5 defenders style

The coach lacks courage, in such case you should directly move your scheme into a

4-2-2-2
and ask the players not to commit mistakes near the goal
with the 5 defenders
our attack and mid don't have option to distribute the ball to reach Atlti's area

The initials of the fan's name were F.R.T., 43 years old, and father of a 4 years old child.

The badly injured guy, is he an innocent fan, or one of the Riazor Blues brigade who decided to meet up in order to fight? If he's part of the latter, I really don't feel sorry for the guy. The world would be a better place if all of those morons were thrown into the river.

If it's an innocent fan, of course it's a tragedy. But I stand by what I said about the Riazor Blues. Worthless scumbags.

The circumstances are not clear yet, not sure there was a meet up. According to some Depor fans, they were attacked in the moment the buses has just arrived.

Well, an expected defeat. But the game was really disappointing. VF's new tactic, 5-3-2 has been horrible. There were no pressure to Atleti. Depor allowed too many spaces to the enemy so the opposite attack without difficulty.

If VF can't make any solution, he has to get out soon.

No, generalizing would be me saying "all Deportivo fans are scumbags." I'm strictly referring to the glorious Riazor Blues here. You don't join a gang like that if you're not looking for fights. And if there are decent people crazy enough to join Peñas like the Riazor Blues, Bukaneros and whatever, they sure as hell weren't sitting on that bus today. Those people stayed at home.

This game should've been suspended with both clubs getting zero points. I hope both Atlético and Deportivo give everyone even remotely related to the incidents today a life-long ban from football stadiums. Simply don't let the Riazor Blues in the Riazor anymore. Their name will forever be tainted by what happened today. Let the decent folk start a new Peña with a new name, and kick out the scum, permanently. If they want to murder each other like animals, fine, just leave innocent people out of it.

Emotions could run high about this incident.
Let's just remember that a life has been lost and a kid has no father tonight.
Can we consider that, without bringing anything else into it.
