We can´t get our hopes up for this game, Barcelona absolutely destroyed Atletico yesterday and will want to continue erasing the doubts raised on them by the media. It will be interesting to see how VF approaches this game, whether he´ll play with 3 central defenders or play with 2 defensive midfielders.

My lineup:

---------fabri
Juanfran---Lopo--Sidnei----Luisinho
---Alex--J Dominguez--Wilk
Jose R-----------------Cavaleiro
---------Toche/Riera

I would play with 2 defensive mids to try to neutralize the middle and play with attacking wingers that will also come back to defend and help the wingbacks, obviously Cavaleiro and the only player that can perform that role on the right and is healthy is Jose Rodriguez. Cuenca is a joke, Salomao isn´t mentally prepared to play, Lucas is hurt. So unless we push up Juanfran and put Laure at RB, he´s the only option at right mid.

And if Cuenca is already selfish against teams like Levante, imagine what he'll do in order to prove his ex-club wrong... He'll start shooting from the midfield line.

Anyway, it looks like we'll finish the first round of the season 1 point above the relegation zone. Considering our state when we started the season, that's pretty hopeful. But we'll need to get another 6 points out of 9 in the first three games of the second round of the season though.

This game, to me, seems completely hopeless. I'll be glad if we manage to avoid another 2-8. But hell, you never know.

If I am the coach I would play with my regular line up and ask my team to defend and attack together

with such line-up

Fabricio
Laure Lopo Sidni ----
Wilk Haris
Ivan Luisinho
Jose and Reira

Great, Messi lost out to CR7 in the Ballon D'Or tonight. He's gonna want to prove a point against us and score at least a hat-trick. Thanks again FIFA

I have to agree with Carril. Since Farina, Lucas are out, Cuenca still out of form and we are playing against Barca we should opt for triple pivot system. I doubt that Victor will play with Laure as he somehow isn't satisfied with him, so the option with Juanfran on the wing is unlikely. Also Canella is an option to perform on the left wing, but I doubt that as well.

The question is who: Alex + JD + Wilk, or Alex + JD + Medunjanin or Alex + Medunjanin + Wilk.

I think that would be the most suitable line up for us:

--------------- Fabri -----------------
-- Juanfran - Lopo - Sidnei - Luisinho --
--------------- Wilk ------------------
------- José R. -- Medunjanin ---------
-- Cuenca ---------------- Cavaleiro --
-------------- Toché ------------------

Like or not we need Cuenca, as he is the only available winger at the squad, José Rodriguez would be more useful in the centre with Haris. I don't understand why Wilk isn't in the starting eleven, he could the the 3rd CB in the formation. I like both Alex and Juando but it's time to put them on the bench, the other CMs are better. Finally i would like to see Juan Carlos on the bench, he is the only available attacking midfielder backup. That is my opinion.

Juan carlos was not called to Levanti's game.. A game where we needed him the most

I doubt he will be called to this one

I have no doubts we can beat Barcelona. This game is ours for the taking Fabricio for seleccion! FORZA DEPOR! I can feel Fabricio handling this game with atleast 20 saves.

Juan Carlos has shown that he is good enough to be in this team in the limited opportunities that he has gotten. I don't know how someone like postiga gets to play game after game but juan Carlos doesn't even make it to the bench.

Juan Carlos and Wilk on the bench or not even in the squad, week after week .. something I cannot understand either, especially when you consider the performances we have seen from the likes of Cuenca, Farina and Postiga this season.
