Yeah it is a horrible curse.. I think Borges and Guillerme lost midfield territory in the final 20 minutes, perhaps Mosquera should have entered instead of one of them..

We should start paying the refs like anyone else... Clear offside.

We keep failing using the advantage leading on the scoresheet which is pathetic, We were weaker after Kakuta and Andone got replaced. Great 1st half with Andone missing many chances. The coach failed with his substitutions

I could pinpoint individuals who were at fault for both goals but I don't wanna sound like a broken record. As soon as they equalised, there was only one outcome. Friend of mine said we have no leaders - I completely agree (and that includes the coach who makes crazy choices like picking part-fit players who are unproven in La Liga).

On the bright side, if we just play without fear, we'll survive. No more trying to protect a lead when we're in front.

1- I agree that Kakuta needed the break after playing 60 min, but Luisinho should have been his replacement as Navarro just had a yellow card. Result: their first goal
2- Borges was a ghost today.
3- Colak deserves to play with better players unfortunately
4- Andone is no Lucas Perez, at least not yet
5- I think their second goal is offiside, but that doesn't change #6
6- As Rack mentioned, there was only one possible outcome in the second half, and we can only blame GG for that. This happened at least in 4-5 games

Both Borges and Navarro needs to be replaced with Mosquera and Luisinho.. Andone is a very hardworking kid and while his finishing is not upto that of Lucas, his work rate definitely is.. Joselu is a great degrade from Andone, at least as of now.. he is very lazy and does not look interested to play despite the talent he has..
by the way, Kakuta was good till he got tired.. I don't agree with you Kevin; the wingers were signed because we didn't have anyone decent (except Gil) which was hurting us big time.. and they will be complete match fit by playing regularly..

If it wasn't the magic of Colak then we would have been without any chances to get something from this game, unfortunately the team failed once again. We should have been more aggressive! In fact we didn't do anything to keep this 0-1. Now the reactions are "we feel the result was unfair or we feel screwed up", but the reality is that we have been going over the same ground for months and nothing has changed. I hope in the end we are not going to feel sorry for all the points lost in the last 10min.

i think Lux and Luisinho must play instead of Tyton and Navarro....Borges is out of shape and need to be benched too

in this game i noticed the following:

1- first half Garitano tactically won the game but failed in the second.
2- first half, I noticed juanfran returning late to cover his defensive position which resulted in the second goal.
3- Borges was slow in the first half.

in the second

when Gariano tactically lost the superiority in the firs minutes, we started watching the weak links I have pointed in 1,2,3 which is Borges slowing down and out of position, juanfran making gabs.

for the goalkeeping issue, I think the first to blame in a sporting matter is the goalkeepers trainer!. I doesn't make a sense a keeper such Tyton will over and over do the same mistake! why isn't the trainer correcting this!

Although in the first place, it would be Barral the one to blame because he brought cheap a goal keeper like Tyton. something tells me Ruben would have don a better if he was still here.

time to try playing with the young keeper

Of course we needed wingers. I'm not a huge fan of Bruno Gama but I'm definitely not a fan of picking not-fully fit players over one's who are fit. Navarro and Juanfran suffered because of this. I can't remember the last time Juanfran made one of his long, dangerous runs forward. Those choices of the coach are crippling us.

you might be right about Ola John but Kakuta did well offensively and pretty decent defensively as well.. of course he is going to take a little bit of time since he is coming back after some gap..

not so much to add but we should start winning otherwise replace the coach and change the momentum.
