Loved listening to the RBs tonight. Yeah, we should've pressed more for the win but.....Btw, are we losing the Head-to-Head now with Betis?

1- Luisinho and Juanfran did well
2- I am worried that Sidnei is out as we have to suffer with Albentosa now!
3- Fajr played too much on the wing rather than sliding inside today
4- Fair result I think

i think we are lucky with the penalty but we didn't deserve to lose, still we have a lot to do in attack, we should make passes faster to utilize Andone speed. Ola John is another version of Marlos Moreno maybe slightly better.
Worried about Sidnei's injury and Andone is out vs Barca

This time thank you ref
Am I the only one who didn't like our performance?
We were just wondering around the pitch and doing nothing..not even one decent attack. Two shots by Colak and Juanfran and nothing more. As a hosting team we must play much much better and put more pressure especially against teams like Betis.
I am not worried by the injuries, but for the effect Pepe Mel been gone.
P.S: I hope our performance has something to do with the fatigue from the previous game.

for me, we played pretty well except the final passes were missing.. the team showed some fight which was severely missing... as I mentioned in the min-by-min thread, Andone should get a medal at the end of the season no matter where we finish.. when both Gil and Colak starts to perform consistently matching their potential, these type of matches will become much easier for us..

Good game and result taking in consideration the fatigue, thank you referee.
Andone proves every day that he plays from heart, he is a top fighter.

Barca are still celebrating, lets win on Sunday

I think the Penalty is very clear but I applaud the ref for calling it. Many of these types of plays go un-noticed.

We played a pretty poor game collectively, but we got better as the match went on. I think the main reason we played poorly is that Betis played with 5 at the back and crowded the midfield area so we wouldn't pass between lines. This is why we saw Lux and our defenders play so many long balls.

Considering we could have easily lost this one when Ceballos missed the 1 on 1, I'm happy with the point.

i agree with the penalty as well. celso was about to make a header goalward. it was not violent but there was high hand and contact to the face in a goalscoring opportunity.
not every ref would have given it but doesnt mean its not one.

every game i watch andone and i think he will be sent off. but i love the intensity

these next couple games is against barca and celta will be crucial. Mel has been building an attitude with everyone so hopefully we fight.

A bit of a lackluster performance from us, but the fatigue was obvious to see.
I thought the ref was giving out yellow cards for fun .. but thankfully he gave us that decision at the end.
Was dissapointed with the goal we conceded, you cant give the guy two seconds of time to line up a shot in the box, he should have been closed down faster. Andone desperately needs support up front, and we missed the pace of Kakuta. I still think Ola J can provide some assists if he can improve his fitness and stay on his feet! lol

3 games unbeaten, now for damage limitation against Barca and maybe a chance for some of the fringe players to step up.

Barca will be tired after playing their butts off yesterday against PSG. That being said, our guys are exhausted and Barca is still Barca. I think they're better off writing off the Barca game and letting a couple of other regulars rest. Keep them fresh for the final push for salvation.

So that means 0-4, 1-4, 0-5 or 1-5 (for you gamblers out there)
Of course, football has a habit of surprising...
