1- Albentosa is a joke. He is a Tercera player!
2- Alex and Mosquera did a good job, Borges didn't but we can't blame him because of where he played
3- This is what happens when Fajr plays on the wing and stays on the wing
4- We need a left back for next seasons (or 2). I like that guy from Alaves, but he is probably worth $10M easy.

1. Depor was not brave. Depor should have played more agressive. Especially, I missed Emre Çolak. Alex did a good job but we need more offensive player.

2. Though we are deafeated, players did a good job except Albentosa. Well, Albentosa could block the pass heading to Aspas. Again he reacted slowly and we allowed a goal. If Albentosa was in the era of Lotina, he must have been released. He is not a Primera defender.

3. Celta has Aspas but Depor doesn't have Lucas. The match was a bit boring. Celta tried to play calmly with comparably low defensive line. Depor also couldn't go up the line due to Albentosa's speed. What judge the game was a star player. Aspas suddenly showed up and changed the match.

PepeMel tried something new in the wrong time, why Borges as playmaker and he never played before in this position?!!! why to start with Joselu?!!!!

we should have started more offensively playing with Guilerhme,Borges, Colak, Gil, Gama and Andone, if we press them we would have won the game easily!!!!!! we just gave them the game on a silver plate and Celta were very poor and tired.
I Blame Pepe Mel on this

Albentosa should be out very soon, if Siedne or Arribas are inured play with Alex but not this stupid Albentosa

This time Mel's game plan didn't work though we had golden opportunity to score after the second half started, if we had done this we could have won. Derby is a derby and Celta scored first with just 15min.,left which left us with very little time to react. Both sides had decent performances. Draw was the fairest result. Soon or later Mel was going to be defeated what is important now is to focus on the game vs Valencia as Sporting won and reduced the gap on 6 points.
Don't see the problems, see the decisions!

Without Gil and Colak we experienced a clear lack of talent in the final third.. also, though Joselu tried, he will never reach the level of Andone when it comes to hardwork..
by the way, in the past few games, there is a clear rise in Gama's form (though not throughout the match) which is a pleasant news for us.. it would be nice to be able to keep Gil and Juanfran out of the loaned players..

When attacking, did we try anything else that crosses? I didn't notice...

1) Celta are a good team, they keep the ball well, they close down the opposition and know how to win fouls from the ref, and they are good at wasting time, all of these factors help them to gain points throughout the season.
2) Intensity wise I thought we played well, however without Colak, Andone, Gil or Kakuta on the pitch, we dont have the skills offensively to trouble the opposition.
3) The Manager is entitled to play around with the formation, as this was only his 5th game, but hopefully he will learn from his mistakes.
4) Everyone is blaming Albentosa, but I think Luisinho is to blame for their goal. He allows their winger a good 5 seconds to cross the ball from just outside the penalty area, for Aspas to score. He should have been closer to his player, to stop that cross from coming in.
5) We lost narrowly to an Europa League side who will finish comfortably in the top 10, so we shouldnt be too down about this defeat.
6) Lets go get a result against our old enemies Valencia, with our keys players back in the staring 11 .. Andone, Colak, Gil and Guilherme.

We completely gave up any option of creating any chances by leaving our best playmakers (Gil and Colak ) and Andone on the bench. This is the type of lineup where you play conservative but if you give up a goal, the game is over. Which is what happened to us. Very cowardly lineup from Mel in a game where we needed to take the initiative.

Albentosa is too inconsistent to be a regular starter. We really missed Sidnei in this game. Our players gave it their all, but we didn't have any ability to create scoring opportunities that weren't crosses into the box, all game. Unfortunate to go into the break with a loss, but hopefully Mel learns from this mistake.

Like some of u have mentioned already: we missed Colak upfront. His creative plays were missing, while Joselu was not able to handle the offensive tasks at all. I just didnt understand the idea playing with Borges as playmaker. His natural position is on the mid as box-to-box midfielder. We were playing at home, so I expected an offensive football. Instead we were totally impotent upfront, coz the offensive, creative guys were sitting on the bench...
Anyway, Celta didnt deserve the win neither. Nevertheless, I hope, that Mel has learned a lot from this game and will never introduce such a helpless lineup again, with lack of idea in the attacking third.
Deportivo 4EVER!
