The leaders at both groups saw how their advantage was shortener after suffering a bad result. The crisis of Deportivo and Pontevedra CF was extended. Pontevedra CF and CD Guijuelo fired their coaches.

The leaders at both subgroups cut their positive streak and the chasers reduced the distance with them. Zamora CF and Valladolid Promesas are the main winners. Meanwhile, Deportivo, CD Guijuelo and Pontevedra CF extended their crisis, the last wo club even fired their coaches after the games played in the weekend.

Unionistas de Salamanca cut their positive streak of nine games without victories after been defeated at home by Celta B with a goal scored in the added time (1-2). Zamora CF took advantage of it and cut the distance to three points after a 0-1 win at Pontevedra CF.

That was the fourth defeat in five games for Pontevedra CF, the team remains in relegation and the bad streak caused the exit of coach Jesús Ramos. There’s was a second coach leaving during the weekend, it was the Montes brothers at CD Guijuelo, the team was winning 1-0 hosting SD Compostela, and a goal in the added time extended their negative streak to seven games without victories (1-1).

Another team in crisis is Deportivo. Los Blanquiazules were defeated at Coruxo FC (2-0) and now extended their streak to six games without victories. The big surprise in the matchday was the victory of Salamanca UDS visiting Racing Ferrol (0-1), the result allows Los Charros to leave the last place at the standings.

Only four games were played, the match CD Lealtad Vs. CD Numancia was postponed due to COVID cases at CD Numancia. The big news was that Burgos CF slipped and dropped two points. They were leading CD Covadonga 2-0 by minute 85 and the game ended 2-2.

Real Valladolid Promesas took advantage of it after a 2-0 win over Marino de Luanco, they ae now three points behind the leaders. Cultural Leonesa also moved forward and kept the third place thanks to a 1-3 win visiting Oviedo B. The side that wasted the opportunity was UP Langreo, they were leading Sporting Gijón B, but ended losing 1-2.

The postponed games will start to be recovered in midweek. In subgroup 1, Pontevedra CF will be hosting CD Guijuelo, curiously the two clubs that changed the coach on Sunday. For the weekend, Leaders Unionistas will be visiting Coruxo FC, while runners-up Zamora CF will be hosting Celta B. Deportivo will be facing CD Guijuelo at the Riazor.

Busier is the week at subgroup 2, because there are three matches in midweek that were postponed in the past. For the weekend, leaders Burgos CF will be visiting Marino Luanco, while there’s an interesting game with third place Cultural Leonesa hosting runners-up Real Valladolid Promesas.
