SUPERDEPOR DOES IT AGAIN

The mythic Superdepor conquered a new triumph: the title in the Spanish indoor league. The veterans achieved this after a convincing 21-8 win over Valencia during the past Friday. Now, the Galician squad is searching for a new title: the Spanish cup, tournament that will be played in June.
The indoor league is played between the veterans of the nine club that already won at least one championship in la liga, each team plays eight games and there are some specific rules for the competition. Each team must have between 20 and 25 players, the men composing the squads must be at least 35 and should have played with the first squad of the club in the past. The rules also allow to have two players with an age between 30 and 35, but this two men can't play at the same time. Each game lasts 60 minutes in two periods of 30 minutes with a pause of 10 minutes between both halfs. Each line-up is composed by five men, one of them is a goalkeeper.
Depor clinched the title after adding seven victories and one draw. The Galician team was superior throughout the tournament and in some occasions it clinched huge scores, like the 23-3 over Real Betis. Depor's team was coached by the legendary Arsenio Iglesias, man that was also the coach of the Superdepor. The team was composed by 23 men: Songo’o, Elduayen, Jaime, Donato, Manuel, Lerio, Jos?© Ram??n, Fran, Chema, Djalminha, Naybet, Oregui, Vituco, Romero, Lolo, Manjar?n, 'Turu' Flores, Bebeto, Cholo, Mauro Silva, Andr?©s Pardo, Paco Zas and Radchenko.
Now the Superdepor has a new target: the Spanish cup. Tournament that will be played between the first four teams in the indoor league: Deportivo, Real Madrid, Barcelona and Valencia. This cup will be played in the first week of June in Malaga.
