Omar Bravo will join Deportivo on July 1st, but he already is working in order to be fit to play in the UEFA Intertoto cup. According to <i>La Voz de Galicia</i>, Lotina already told him that he will be an starter in the European competition, reason why Bravo wants to be ready as soon as possible.

No matter the pre-season stage starts until July 2nd, Depor's newest acquisition, Omar Bravo, already started to work in order to prepare the new campaign. The ex-Chivas de Guadalajara player started to train on Wednesday at Valle Verde (Chivas' training pitches). Bravo is working under the supervision of  Guillermo Hern�ndez, the physical trainer of the Mexican club.

On Wednesday, the attacker worked on the pitch while during Thursday he trained in the gym. According to La Voz de Galicia, Depor�s coach Miguel Angel Lotina talked with him on the phone and appointed the necessity to be on shape in order to start the pre-season. Bravo told to Mexican reporters that he was pleased to have the help of Guillermo Hern�ndez "I have a work plan from Deportivo and I gave it to the coach, who's helping me, because it's tough to work alone. You need someone that knows about these things."

La Voz de Galicia also reported that Lotina told to Omar Bravo that he will be a starter during the UEFA Intertoto cup, competition that starts for Depor on July 19th, and that this is one of the reasons why Bravo is hurrying up his preparation. The Mexican striker will be presented on July 1st, same day in which the whole squad will start the pre-season, with the exception of the international players that will perform with their national team during the summer (Coloccini, De Guzm�n, Guardado and Filipe).
