The squad trained on Tuesday’s afternoon at Abegondo. After the session ended, coach Lotina released the list of called players and a half of hour later, the squad went to the airport in order to take a plane to Norway. But before that, the Basque coach talked about the planning of the first-leg encounter against SK Brann.

Coach Miguel ?ngel Lotina talked at Abegondo’s press room before the trip to Norway. The Basque manager firstly explained his plans for the game "I felt that Mista has to rest. My idea is to start playing with Omar Bravo and to have Bodipo on the bench because he’s one more player at the squad and it’s his turn to travel. The defence in the beginning will be as the one you have saw today, with Guardado at the left-back to rest Filipe. We have worked very well with the two systems, the players know what to do in both situations and it’s decided before each game, each match needs its touch."

Lotina also had a few words about the rivals "They are very tall but do not practice a very direct football, they all win us in height. We have some reports made by Franganillo (one of Lotina’s assistants), but in the end football is the same in Spain, Mexico and Norway."

Depor’s coach was asked if he was having enough time to plan the games, his response was: "I can not say we don’t have time to prepare the games, because we have been training since July. I prepare them all in the same way and then I like to put the finishing touch on the blackboard. We have a style of play, clear and specific, and with that idea we die. From this point, before each match, I clarify to the players two or three points. I say to them: we will win like this and we are not going to lose on this other way."

Finally, Lotina defended again his idea about been making rotations so frequently "For me a coach demonstrates that’s good when more players give the maximum effort on the pitch. For me the most important game is always the next one, although always putting an eye on the following one. I will always put on the field those I believe are going to win the match and right now I have great confidence in the team, both individually and collectively. If I'm making rotations is not because is fashionable, it’s simply because I’m putting those who I think will win."

The Argentinean also talked at Abegondo’s press room before the travel to Norway, he said he’s happy for just been in the list for the game "For now I have been called up and that makes me happy, hopefully the team will get a good result. Although there is a change in the system, the style of play is very similar. The tactics are very similar. One thing can change depending on where the team is pressuring or whether we are going to play using the offsides. We are going to witness a full stadium, with fans that will pressure us, a rival with a defined system that will pressure us. Since they are very tall, they will send a lot of crosses to the area and they will try to obtain a positive result at home.?
